Do not use this location for UHaul rental. Rented a truck and they were closed and I could not get the keys. They also keep one side of the gas station locked , the gas station itself is dirty and with all the trucks difficult its to maneuver around.

I have purposely steered clear of this store in the past 10 mos because the full time guy was offensive, arrogant and rude. I was mistaken to think anything had changed with time, because the first thing this guy did was to confuse me with someone else(A drunk man who had lost his wallet and passed out in the bushes, or so he says). A simple greeting, and "Have a nice day" would have sufficed!

They insist you pay at the pump. I tried three times to pay at the pump, it failed 3 times. I went inside and they wanted me to prepay. I said I wanted to pay at the pump, not inside. He refused, I said I would go somewhere else, I wouldn't be back and the rep couldn't care less about having me as a customer

They cheat on gas. Bought 2 gallons and it shorted me by almost half a gallon. Guy just stood there and shrugged.

The car wash here is ineffective. It is the touchless kind and lacks rotating brushes, therefore incapable of removing old, dried smudges and smears. The "10¢ discount per gallon" (if using the car wash) is basically a cheap trick to lure unsuspecting motorists.
