Waiting on my package at home and was informed “delivery attempt made.” I’ve been here all day and nobody came by, even on my cameras. Thanks a lot. Would’ve preferred to just deliver when you actually wanted to/could.

I was apprehensive about visiting this place after reading the reviews, especially because it's the closest one to me. The clerks have been helpful the last three times I've been, and there hasn't been much of a wait at all depending on the time of day.

Rude employees making up their own rules! They overcharge on postage and won’t take packages that meet their own shipping policies. They never scan in packages on time but get an attitude when you wait in line to have them scan it. The list goes on and on. The Hispanic Woman with Blonde Streaks in her Hair behind the counter is the true definition of TRASH.

Horrible service and rude staff. I opened my mailbox and there was a key to get into the parcel box. The key was completely bent and when I called to fix it the staff told me that wasn’t possible and acted like I was completely stupid. Not sure how it wasn’t possible considering I opened my mailbox for the first time to the key bent. I also had pictures to prove that. But he refused to listen to me and continued to act like I was the one who was an idiot. I was trying to be nice and handle the situation respectfully but that obviously did not work. Absolutely horrible staff.

I brought a poster to drop off that I'd already paid for media mail postage. I stood in line and told the lady at the counter that I needed to drop this off and started to walk out. She stopped me and asked what is in this package? I told her it's a poster. She says that doesn't qualify for media mail. I am shocked. I've been mailing posters via media mail for something like 10 years and I've never heard this before. I asked what she meant and she asked what kind of poster is it? I said it's a paper poster. The kind you hang on a wall. She says "like a concert poster or what?" I told her it's something like that. I did not tell her it's actually maps and science posters, but I didn't think how to explain that at the time. She told me that's not considered media and I can't mail this with media mail. I told her I am having a problem now, because I intended to just drop this off and I've already paid for the postage. If I can't mail this media mail, can I get a refund for the postage? She said she can't do that. I said okay, can you charge me for the difference in postage to send the package? No, she can't do that either. Then she starts lecturing me about how I put the label on in a way that she doesn't like. I'd had enough. I took my poster, said thank you, and left. She was lecturing after me as I walked out the door. I'm shocked! I looked up the usps media mail restrictions when I got home, because I have legitimately been selling these posters for years and never heard this rule about media mail before. Well, turns out it's a lie. You can send posters via media mail. The lady just didn't like the way I looked or my package looked or something and decided to pick on me today. There's other post offices, so I'll go elsewhere with my media. Sorry to waste your time and bring you my business. I know better in the future.
