We've never gotten a package delivered on its expected date- some have gone home with the postal workers I'm sure, and several have gone to my neighbors. USPS doesn't care if you contact them, and I have no desire to go to the post office where I will get ignored anyway. Enjoy my plant stand Mr. Mail carrier.

DO NOT USE THE INSIDE DROP BOX AT THIS LOCATION! It took TWO days for them to even scan my package then another day for it to arrive in Denver...NEVER have I had this issue with the other 4 USPS locations I have used. I also tried calling several times and noone ever answered the phone... After so many rings it just cuts you off. I did not interact with any employees so not sure how they are, however I would think twice about using this location.

Worst Customer Service!! The Postal service officers does not put names on the pink slips for picking up packages so when we go to pick them up, they refuse to give the package to us! We have four people who live in the apartment with state IDs and the address on them and they still refuse to give us our packages!! The whole staff at this establishment is a joke!!!

If I could leave 0️⃣ Stars.... I Would. I'm incredibly disappointed in the postal office. I've sent a single birthday card in the mail 2 weeks before the actual birthday and my dad still never got the card. It's been a month now and still no card. Now fast forward to mother's day- I sent out 4 Mother's day cards 1 week before Mother's day... 2 weeks in- still nothing. 1 lives here in Colorado- I'll just drive it down vs mailing. Anything out of state- I'll find a different location to drop my letters. Very disappointed.

I’ll drive across town before sending anything from this post office again! As a small business owner, I literally cannot afford the “lost” packages any more!!!

I went earlier today to get a change of address and a mail key. I was unfortunately greeted with a very uncooperative and rude worker named Holly. Long story short, she disregarded what I was asking for help with, threatened to only hold my mail for 10 days, instigated me after speaking with her manager and slammed a window shut on me while I was waiting for her manager. This person is very snappy and only feels comfortable acting disrespectful because her manager does not/will not reprimand her and she admitted as much to me when the manager walked away. If there is any way to avoid this USPS please do.

Been trying to call all day, they won't answer their phone. Trying to find out why 2 pkgs I dropped off yesterday both got a scan 4 minutes after my acceptance scan that say "processing exception regional weather delay". Yesterday & today are mild 50 degree days with no precipitation. There is no weather to speak of between here & the sort center in Denver, where the pkgs normally go. Pkgs normally arrive at the sort center around midnight. Can't reach anyone to find out what is going on. This is not my usual PO, but I've not had an issue with this one before. Weird.

Package was apparently misdelivered to this post office instead of the one close to me. My local post office said to call them. I get a message saying that they will transfer to an operator, it rings for a bit, then you hear a busy signal and then they hang up on you. It's 2PM. Not having someone picking up the phone is inexcusable.

third year in a row for lost parcels. On 7Dec23 at 4:10 pm, against my better judgement, I went into my neighborhood PO to mail my package. This clerk, rude as usual, showed me something on the screen that I had to agree to before she would process my mail. It was something about USPS being allowed to send my package back if they decided t, at their discretion. I agreed because being sent back to me wasn't an issue and I just wanted to mail ut and she wouldn't allow me otherwise. I told her my box needed to go ground because it has perfume. She asked how much ounces, and I guessed and said 4oz., but I wasn't sure exactly. She said unless you know she won't mail it. I said, okay, maybe 6oz. She said, okay because if it was more than 16oz she still wouldn't mail it. I asked how would you confirm that? She said that I just told her. She was rude to me, so I said by the way, for the last 2 years, my packages have been getting lost and not recovered and you all did nothing about it. I mentioned that one of my flat rate boxes sent by you two years ago didn't arrive until February of the next year. She got upset and gave me my receipt. It said my box would be delivered the following Monday. It has not been delivered as of today 12/16/23, and I went in to talk to the manager earliwr and he said that there is nothing they could do about it, it's stuck in Denver. I said I mailed boxes from the Downtown location and they arrived in three days. I told hIm that this clerk is doing this, and she intervein and said told me to go else where then and that there are 10 other locations and not to come here, and that If I didn't send my packages so cheaply they would get there. I told her it needed to go ground because it was cologne. She one time also caused a glitch when I was paying for a delivery and I got charged twice. When I noticed I complained but I don't think I got my reimbursement. She is so rude and everything she handles my package there us a problem. I don't know what I ever did to this clerk or anyone at this PO but I am lost money, packages, etc, going on 3rd year. This experience has confirmed what I thought was a coincidence but no, I think she or they are doing something criminal. Maybe they are just incompetent because when O moved to my apartment, same area, ut took 3 weeks to get our mailbox key. That's another story. My boxes sent from downtown 5 days later have already arrived to the same recipient, but the manager tried to tell me that boxes were stuck in Denver. Tracking says they haven't left this post officelocation, yet!

Trash ! this place forced me to come get my package without telling me I had to be home when it arrived...Place smells like a sewer...The workers look like they all just got out of jail and the level of stupidity they showed me was mind boggling. USPS is a shell of its former self...I hope I never have to come back here again.

My mom is visually impaired and arrived at this location today for in person support regarding paperwork she was unable to access online. She explained her need for accommodations and the clerk simply told her to look for the forms online. Again she explained she could literally not see the forms online and he continued to refused to help. After asking the clerk if a manager or someone else could assist her with filling out the paperwork, he said he was the supervisor and threatened to call the police on her if she didn't leave! Being 74 and giving no "you-know-whats," she said, "Go for it. " and stepped aside. Of course this guy had no clue what to do and finally called the manager up front. The manager wasn't a complete pain, but wasn't helpful either. He just told her to "ask a friend for assistance". I'm just baffled. It's not that difficult this day in age to help someone navigate to and read a form on their phone. Additionally, they weren't asked to PAY and call in someone to assist with accommodations for a disabled person- which is a mandated LEGAL requirement, mind you. Me thinks a call to the Department of Labor is in the foreseeable future...
