Not helpful - feels like I'm back on the east coast - dude seemed annoyed to be at work. Won't even give you tape. UPS guys are always nice and give you tape if you need it.

The workers inside that help you are just absolutely miserable. The main guy there is the worst. Would it kill him to say thank you or let’s say maybe not roll his eyes when you ask for something. Poor poor customer service.

I had mail that was lost and went to ask about it and the guy asked if I checked my mailbox. No I looked in the refrigerator??
Treat you like you're stupid and waste your time.
Waited like 15 minutes and guy never came back to front just waited for me to leave.

If I could give -10 stars I would!!! I live right down the street. I've been using this post office for 3 years and I'm never going back again!! Black lady at the front desk was the meanest and rudest human being ever. They need to fire this woman!!! They have lost several of my grandma's packages, and some of mine with a "so sad too bad" attitude when brought up. She yelled at my deaf grandma who was trying to mail boxes and get assistance. Trust me when I say never step foot in this place if you want to have a good day!!

This post office has a person who is key to making it work, her name is Mrs. Miriam Orozco, she is the fundamental person for the office to work, she is a person with charisma and empathy, I hope the other collaborators imitate her and learn from her. her to put herself in the other's place, thank you very much for helping me Mrs. Miriam Orozco, with respect and admiration Aldo Palma.

The lady with glasses and weave in was EXTREMELY RUDE! She don’t know how to talk to folks with respect, she undermines what you have to say. I was maybe 3 feet away from the line cord and she gone talk to me with an attitude saying “ma’ma you need to back up”, I said “you need to watch the way you talking to folks, watch your mouth”. She was really trying to sit here and argue with me. She then rebottled “now you can wait for someone else to speak to, and it’s going to be a while”. She act like she’s so miserable there @unitedstatespostalservices PLEASE FIRE THIS WOMEN! All these reviews IS about HER. I thought the post office was to represent the community? She is giving “ghetto” “unfriendly” and “very argumentative”. I bet you if she got fired/quit this post office will be WAY BETTER!

If I could give fewer than 1 star, I would. This location is less than a mile from the apartment complex I live at, and - Without fail- never deliver their packages. Ever. As soon as it arrives to their location, they mark it off as "attempted to deliver" without the package ever actually leaving their location. USPS demands better treatment, better pay - Well, they need to act like they deserve it.

I’m so thankful for these workers, especially the man that delivers my mail to my apartments he’s the sweetest and I hope he continues doing what he loves!. Miriam helped me get my taxes sent to the correct address by looking out and going out of their way. They’re truly awesome.
( I’m still learning and definitely wasn’t my fault) but super glad they helped me regardless ❤️
