Just had a live delivery locked in a box and was given a non matching key, on a Saturday. So now I'm just SOL and my delivery is as good as dead. What more could be expected of USPOS.

I sent a ballot in the mail, it arrived soaked in oil. They destroyed a vote.
Update: They contacted me and a package filled with oil spilled all over a bunch of mail so at least they didn't purposely destroy a package.

Useless, given incorrect directions on annex mail, nobody knows what's going on and provided misinformation mutiple times. Just close this office and save some money and customer frustration.

I don’t normally leave review but it was bothering me all day! She wasn't helpful And let me pay two envelope.!!! This lady name DANIEL she was very rude I was so nice and calm to her the whole time and she’s giving me bad attitude. this lady doesn’t need to be respected at all.. Bad service not professional, her performance is very poor. Please remember this TERRIBLE LADY !!!

They won't do anything about your mail not being delivered they like to play phone tag instead of actually doing their job they have lost several legal documents in the mail and can't and won't do anything to find them dealing with this post office is the worst

May 2023 Another great customer service event from the Staff at our Westend Post Office. Ramon was friendly and extremely helpful, answering all my questions and providing the exceptional service we are accustomed to here. 5 Thumbs Up! Again!!April 2023 We have been a USPS customer at the "West End" Post Office for at least 10 years now. We have always received prompt, couteous, and professional assistance from the staff. Probably been this way since the Post Office was built here back in 1962! Wow, that's 61 years of superb 5 Thumbs Up service!! West Side is the Best Side.
