Wish amazon would stop using USPS for some deliveries. Didn't deliver because the mail box was full.....it's a bed frame it won't fit in the mailbox. Ticket then noted heavy item....well my granny can lift 40 pounds. Rescheduled for Monday delivery and it's Tuesday and no one knows where the package is at.

Steve is AMAZING!!! I have never been helped by someone that worked at a post office that didn't act like every customer was a major inconvenience- I was starting to think being rude and condescending was apart of the job description until Steve! He went out of his way to be super helpful and I really appreciate him! Please hire more people like Steve!

Crowded, slow, and priority postage seems to have doubled. 2 the 3 employees to help crowd. But customer service is good and employees are friendly.

They deliver mail to the same areas everyday but for some reason said I had something mailed to the incorrect address when I know it was correct. It's the same address Amazon sends stuff to and their drivers can find it so why can't usps driver figure it out?

Did not request for pickup of my packages at the post office but on the site it says "customer requested". They just don't want to deliver. Sometimes they leave a pink slip for pickup because they don't want to drop off my stuff in my mailbox even though they are literally right there to deliver it. There's always an excuse. I don't have anything that would deter someone from delivery, packages are never giant or heavy, and I'm always nice to everyone, so I don't understand why I'm being treated this way.

I have used the Post Office on 8th Street for years. I have NEVER had a problem with the service. They have always been friendly and efficient.

If there was a way to never use USPS we would NEVER use them. They steel your money in the mail and open all important looking mail and blatantly lie about it. If you ask them in a kind way they laugh at you and say it’s your fault not theirs. We should feel safe leaving our mail in their hands but I never ever do.

I have been interacting with some of these gentlemen since I was a young child when the Post Office was on Wasatch off of Nevada. To this day they still hold the same professional yet personable personalities and they do the very best they can within the capabilities that they are allowed to. I am one of those that understands that they have rules to follow and they are not allowed to break them. This is something that upsets other people. I however, have a high regard and respect for the fact that the employees here have a work ethic and a moral compass to do what is right, not what people think they should be entitled to. Each one of them has a great communication skill set and are super nice to the kids when I bring them in. And they love coming with me to say hi to them. Thank you for all that you do including the supervisor who helps so much when we keep getting mail to a building that no longer exists!

These postal workers are not even human ??ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO MANNERS, no knowledge, no respect for the people they should serve, ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL.Simply the worst.One of their rudest employees- to my total horror- got an even BETTER JOB, ???, so got PROMOTED (!?!), from being horrible, to sit comfortably, and working now at the passport office!!!These guys are not just well paid, but give each other juicy jobs!!!What the hell! He is just as rude… 8 st should be fully changed- and have people replaced with educated representatives, WHO CARE!!!!
