  Huge line every time and even though there are other employees working in the building, they walk by, see the huge line and never offer to help the ONE GUY working the counter. The ONE GUY working the counter today with glasses, RUDE! After waiting and waiting in the HUGE LINE, never said hello or thank you.

  Employees are amazing. Even if they are only one on window. Especially Valerie Courtney.
