By far the worst post office I have ever seen. I have had more packages lost or destroy in the past 2 years then the rest of my life combined. Just yesterday I got a notification 2 packages were delivered in the parcel box, I have the key to the parcel box I'm my mailbox, open the parcel box to find it empty. The other week I had packages addresses to 5 different people at different addresses in my box. The absolute worst

Poor service. Get other people's mail in my box. I have had packages not delivered even when they say it's been delivered. I check my mail daily. I am missing an important pkg. Local office does not answer phone...no agents available. I had to call an 800 number to get service. I have had these issues on and off. Not acceptable.

Constantly misdelivers mail and packages like they can't read. Numbers are on the mailbox, curb, and house. Google shows my bright blue house when you put in the address. They now lost my passport and all I got was an oh sorry. Calls to ask for support or file a complaint get the local manager to call you and nothing else. I will probably have to get a PO box or something in hope they don't keep losing everything.

Received the worst customer experience of my life with LIZ . Several people had gotten in front of us in line as we only had a question. We were next but she kept telling us to get in line. Then she called us rude. When we asked the question it was met with sighs of contempt, eye rolling, and hostility in her voice. Im in customer service all day and have never treated a guest with such horrible energy. Liz was horrible

I haven't received mail in 2 months and have come to changed my address 3 times because they are so unorganized. They lost a check that I was supposed to receive 3 weeks ago.

Don't bother trying to call. The robot will "search for available representative" tell you there isn't one, then hang up on you. I had a certified package show up when I wasn't home so they took it back to the PO. They left no note, I saw it later on my doorbell cam. I used the website to reschedule the delivery (got a confirmation email and everything), now it has been 4 days past the day I rescheduled for and nothing. Tracking says redelivery scheduled for the day I asked for which was, again, 4 days ago. Now it seems the only way to ask about it is to go in person and hope they have it. I hate the USPS.

Horrible experiences, from the post man confronting me about my complaints about him not delivering my packages. Incompetent post man. He is so lazy he didn't want to ring my doorbell or put a slip on my door so he just wouldn't deliver my meds so I'd be without my meds for weeks. So I complained and he had the audacity to confront me. So then he left controlled substances at my door illegally. The post office is Incompetent. You cannot rely on them. I had moved from my last home with a forwarding address and a neighbor found 2 packages the post man had left still. Unbelievable. Guess what? Controlled meds, not allowed to do that. Those packages Require a signature.

The phone tree takes 3 minutes to listen to the intros and navigate. If you choose 6 to talk with someone and there is no one is available, which it appears there never is, the system just hangs up on you! Even the postal computerized voicemail system is disrespectful and rude now! They have Institutionalized disservice and wasting of your time.

The lady at the passport counter lied to me and told me I needed to make an appt. The USPS website and this locations voice menu when you call says that they accept walk ins. The lady was being lazy and didn't want to do her job. Shame on her!

I searched the reviews for this post office to see if I was the only one who had a bad experience. It seems the employees are rude to everyone. Two couldn't break away from the gossip about their personal lives long enough to help customers. Wilmary was exceptionally abrasive.
