  First time I went there, everything was great.
  Today, I was charged $2 for printing a label that’s been issued to me by the recipient of the parcel.

  I have been coming to this store for awhile. The folks that used to work here were always so wonderful and pleasant. Over the last year there have been significant staffing changes and the new staff are unprofessional and just not pleasant or polite.   I was so happy to find a UPS store open on Sunday!!! I stopped in yesterday afternoon and Will helped me with my shipment. She was super efficient and so very pleasant. Thanks, Will, I'll probably see you again!
