Everything that I've had shipped to me this year via UPS has either been lost or delivered to somebody else. When news came to me that this specific location would be shutting down, I couldn't be more overjoyed. Nobody at this station is useful or helpful or human.

This place is only open from 12 noon to 3:45 pm. Why even open. I live right down the street and this is convenient for me. You should have more than one person working just in case someone calls in sick. Wasted my time today August 12th, 2024 to send a package back. I will not go to this one anymore.
