Summary: Misleading and not willing to take responsibility or make things right.My mother visited me and had to bring her work computer, she unfortunately forgot it and I had to ship it to her. Initially going into this UPS store the employee was great, she offered 1 day shipping around $223 and 2 day shipping around $123. The lady guaranteed that it would be there "no later than the end of the day on Tuesday and no later", her exact words. We decided to go with the lesser of the two options to save some money. Later following the tracking number it says it will not be there until end of the day Wednesday, which Wednesday or any other days were other than Monday or Tuesday were discussed. The lady I worked with implied that Tuesday evening would be the absolute latest and could arrive before that, never after that.I have had multiple issues with trying to call this store location and leaving messages and never getting a response. I called and drove in ten minutes later to find absolutely no customers there, not sure why they could not bother answering the phone or giving a call back. I worked with another woman this time, possibly the manager, who had absolutely no empathy and simply said there is nothing she can do and will talk to the employee. No apology or understanding, or offering to help in any sort of way. This is just poor business. My mom ultimately had to take a day off work since the laptop will not arrive in time, on top of us paying over $100 for the shipment. We were never told that this was not guaranteed shipping and this is UPS fault.

I needed something delivered in 24 hrs to someone who was passing away. It arrived to their door in 16 hours. Fantastic work. The whole process from starting in the store to the delivery was positive.Not to mention that they were 1) open and had convenient hours for working people, 2) eager to help and not grouchy, and 3) the wait was minimal. Great experience.

UPS tried to deliver me a package requiring signature three times during working hours. Was told by a note on the door and by the employee at this location that my package would be redirected to this store. After the third missed attempt the package was returned to sender…..Employees have no idea what’s going on. Stick to FedEx.

The store is always super clean and pleasant to be in. The women who work there are always super friendly and helpful with everything and are never rude or condescending. The Amazon return station has super easy screen with step by step instructions on how to do your own return. Customer service is always a 10/10 and will be using this location as my main ups store

Not sure if this person is just having a day or what the issue was. Very condescending from the start. I place my package on the scale and said I need to ago this to puerto rico. After a few seconds she says what are we shipping these? I said, yes, to puerto rico. Me thinking, ok, she didn't hear me. Then she goes to say that I could have started by saying that. She obviously didn't hear me. I let that go. She asked if we are shipping the other box as well, i said yes. This took a while as she was trying to figure out how to enter the address.She mentions several times to someone in line that if they are doing an Amazon return they must use the Amazon self check out. This put man was confused. While I'm signing she goes to the next register and states she can help with quick items while I sign. She berated this poor man because he could not figure out the instructions. They were on the screen, she mentioned several times, as her voice actually gets louder and she has no patience with him. All he wants is assistance.Agree returns to me and said, ok, going to the same address, not questioned, states. I said, no, it's going to a different address. She then treys to correct me and said I had started it was going to the same address. I said I had not, I just started it was also being shipped. I told her she was being very condescending to people and just needed to relax a bit. She finished my second shipment and I left.I've had several bad interactions here. Lost items I've had to prove (save your receipts) but never like this. Customer service comes with compassion and the way she treated that man was just unacceptable. You can see he left feeling defeated. It was sad.

I have nothing against UPS but this particular store is just terrible. Brought a box that needed one piece of tape. 8 bucks.

Someone told me to check out this UPS store to return a package since my regular store is always busy and they said this one rarely is.They were right, no one was in there.They wanted to charge $3+ to put a piece of tape across the top of the box.It's only $3 ... but it's the customer service aspect for me. I'll gladly go wait in line at my neighborgood store from now on to support a franchise owner that isn't nickel and diming people over a piece of tape.
