Over charged me for shipping by measuring my bag item like a box. It shouldn't cost $20 to ship a few pairs of socks in a bag. The guy wanted to charge me for 2inches of tape and snatched the gun out of my hand. An "excuse me sir" would have been sufficient. I went out to the car and got my own, but have some discretion and do it as a courtesy rather than nickel and diming your customers to death. I'm closing a bag not taping up a canoe. They also don't ship USPS while other UPS stores in the area do. Other UPS stores will print lablels for you for free too. Go to those stores, not this one.

The staff at this location are so amazing! They are attention to detail and their quality of their work when packaging and shipping materials is better than I’ve ever seen anywhere else! My items arrived yesterday and they were in perfect condition.

Least helpful UPS store I have visited. It was clear the lady working at the front desk had zero interest in doing her job. I will be driving out of my way to avoid this particular location.
7/30/24 Edit: Was in a rush and decided to give the store another chance after a year of avoiding this location.
Jennifer, you are the problem.
Condescending & passive aggressive towards not only me but others in store through your tone and basic lack of care.
Worked in shipping for 5 years, been to many UPS stores across the country and this is by far the worst.
UPS needs to replace her ASAP.

This UPS store in particular is frustrating to go in to. I have had several lukewarm experiences with no outright negative interactions, but have witnessed MANY passive aggressive interactions between the employees and other customers. It is very disappointing to see, and after now having experienced several passive aggressive remarks by multiple of the employees at this point I have no desire to visit this store anymore. All other UPS locations I have been to have had great customer service, so it's a shame that I will now be traveling out of my way just to avoid this location.

Went in to do an Amazon return. No wait at lunchtime. They were super quick and efficient. They had a little self-service kiosk that the lady working there showed me how to use.

Jennifer over at the 3246 Centennial Blvd. store, in Colorado Springs, CO, 80904 makes things extremely easy and is always so professional and nice!

So the reason I'm giving this a low rating is due to a few things. I felt that I was overcharged for a basic notary service which I was told may not even work. Found out later the bank actually does it for free. On top of that, there was a lack of friendly demeanor and decorum on two occasions of the three times I've come here. I myself am autistic and even I display better social interaction then that regardless if I've had a rough day or not and I've had several without taking it out on customers at my own work. I been busy myself with birthday and convention events I had to prepare for as well that day. Please, with respect, have some class and work on it. I want to have faith in your business. I will change my review if things improve.

They make my life easier.... Jen and her team are absolutely the best to work with. I drive an extra 10 minutes just to go to this UPS Store! I have tried all the shipping carriers, and its not even a contest. These guys are just the best!
