AKA T FORCE FREIGHT…it’s not called UPS Freight anymore. Wish I could give negative stars. My shipment has been held hostage in the Colorado Springs warehouse going on two weeks….they NEVER answer the phone…lol…not even for Corporate Office who I reported them to TWICE. I suppose the only way I can communicate with them is to go to their office. That’s my plan. Anywho, NEVER use them…you’d be better off going with pack mules. I would not recommend them for any business to use for freight. They have ZERO communication skills and their call center is in the Middle East…so good luck with that. ANSWER THE ☎️COLORADO SPRINGS T FORCE OFFICE. I NEED MY SHIPMENT.
UPDATE: we finally got our shipment with significant damage. We actually had to go down to the warehouse and arrange for delivery…they have no staff and that’s why they are not answering the phones. One guy working in the warehouse moving pallets—pallets everywhere in what can only be described as a disaster area.The warehouse was an OSHA nightmare. We have surmised that this company is going out of business and what we witnessed is the downhill slide…if you need to dispatch or receive shipments, do not use this company. They are circling the drain. SAD…this is the company that bought out UPS FREIGHT for a cool $800 M … ? photo is of ONE of the damaged pallets…they ran the forklift forks right into the middle of the pallet ( instead of putting the forks underneath the bottom of the wood pallet to lift it up), destroying the contents.

This might legitimately be the worst run company I've ever dealt with. I've had multiple items freighted with this company and twice now the estimated delivery date has just changed to be the current day, with no delivery unless I go pick it up with a box truck I have to rent. You can't call them, they don't answer, and when they do, the call disconnects. One time I called them after confirming my order was at the correct depot only for them to say the order was in South Dakota. They'll promised to call me back with an update multiple times and never do. Save your sanity and find another logistics option. Insufferable.

They deliver ltl shipments wherever they please. They delivered our shipment to the wrong company across town and refused to correct the mistake. This is a shot company that needs to follow course with yellow and go out of business.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying for weeks to get my package. I can't even get ahold of anyone in Colorado Springs to answer the phone. I will never use UPS Freight again.

We had a freight shipment come into the terminal on 3/10, and it has been sitting there going on 3 weeks now. This has cost us THOUSANDS of dollars. Absolutely zero attempts from TForce local or national reps to contact us about our shipment or any delays they are having. We attempted to contact a representative a few days past the missed delivery date resulting in only excuses from the terminal claiming they tried to make contact but had the wrong contact number on the BOL. We confirmed that the number was indeed correct and they had just lied about it to buy more time. Multiple attempts to contact the local terminal after that up to 3/26 have been unsuccessful. We contacted the shipping broker we used to contract TForce and they were able to get someone from the terminal on the phone immediately which tells us they are likely ignoring local calls. We had a few days of winter weather over a weekend which then became the new excuse for the following week when there was no issues with the weather. Going on the 3rd week now we still have had no contact with anyone from the terminal, no estimated delivery schedule, nothing. We are considering contracting another local company to retrieve our freight from the terminal, costing us more money, but we cannot reach anyone there to even schedule it.0/10

I've had a delivery sitting at this location since 3/18. They won't answer there phone. They confirmed my escalated delivery from customer service but never delivered it. They won't answer phone calls from customer service. Been calling every day multiple times a day and my delivery still is sitting there. I drove by the other day they have open docks and a few trailers sitting around. No way they are behind. I believe the employees clock in and leave for 8 hours and clock back in and go home. Customer service in this company sucks they cant do anything but send escalated emails and phone calls that lead to nothing. Worse company ever.

Avoid at any cost.They won't deliver. They won't return calls. They wont even let me arrange to come get it myself. Their service rep in India will apologize for the inconvenience though, so that's nice.They've had my package for 11 days and counting. I have to reschedule travel at great cost to me because of their incompetence.

Best terminal to leave your freight for days and days.No drivers available to make deliveries in a timely manner.2 orders delivered to this terminal back on 3/8 and has still not been delivered. DO NOT SHIP TFORCE TO COLORADO SPRINGSthis is a joke.

Packages never arrive on time, usually 10-20 days late. Does anybody actually work here? Customer service can't even get a response! Do not use!

The absolute WORST in freight handling and delivery. They never answer their phones. They don't bother to unload upon arrival, and will hold your product hostage at their warehouse for weeks on end without any notification regarding delivery. Never, ever again we will use T Force for a Colorado shipment. STAY AWAY.

At first the package was sitting there for two and a half weeks without them scheduling a delivery or loading it onto a local truck. They finally scheduled a date and time to deliver and we waited all day. Not only did no one show up, it’s been two business days and they keep telling me they will “escalate it to the supervisor” but I haven’t been able to speak with a single person who works at the actual site to give me a reason why. My package has been sitting there for over three weeks now

Product has been sitting for 8 days in Colorado. was initially told that it would be delivered 5 days ago and still nothing. tried to reach this location multiple times phone just rings and rings. absolutely terrible customer service. would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Really bad customer service. Try to contact TForce Freight 800 number several times and you get put through to an answering machine that is always full. Try to call TForce Freight locally in Colorado Springs several times and nobody picks up the phone.
