We were out to a doctors appointment on Monday in our wheelchair accessible vehicle when the door stopped working. We called and talked to Doug who said he would let the shop know we were on our way in. They fit us in and were able to fix our vehicle within the hour. We have been working with this company for over 8 years and have purchased two vehicles with them. Thankful we have a company in Colorado Springs who is there to help those of us that are in handicap accessible vehicles. We appreciate the whole team.

My son's seat belt connection broke while we were out at a doctors appointment and so I stopped in at united access to see if they could help. I couldn't safely buckle him into the van and didn't have any options to fix it. David greeted me immediately when I came through the site and looked at the problem. He then told me to hold on while he checked on what he could do to help us. I was totally amazed!!! Without an appointment and at no cost to me he repaired the seat belt right away and I was able to get my son home safely. I had a horrible week and he brought a ray of sunshine into our lives. I am extremely grateful and couldn't thank him enough. Compassion at its finest, making the world a better place one person at a time. I will be back :-)

I have been to this place looking to buy a wheelchair van and the customer service was great. The staff was amazing, specially David , was top of the notch. He was helping me through tirelessly and I definitely recommend this place for your wheelchair van needs and off course ask for David.

The United Access team in Colorado Springs was absolutely stellar. I was in a very tight time crunch to find a vehicle. I felt like David P rolled out the red carpet and made everything happen very quickly. David and his team also provided amazing customer service. The evening I left with my new van I experienced some troubles and had to pull over. At 5:00 when the store was closing David drove over to meet me and determined a minor adjustment needed to be made with the hand controls. David had the van towed back to the shop, he drove me home and then had me picked back up from my home the next morning. He did all of this with out thinking twice. He immediately went into “fix it” mode for his customer.
I can not thank David and his team for all they did to provide exceptional service.

June 7 2024 my appointment with United Access in Colorado Springs Co,was outstanding. David went above and beyond in possible repairs to my handicap van. David's response was timely and genuine. His experience, expertise is a plus for customers. Moreover, David's customer service, attention to detail and honesty, to say the least the best.

I am revising my post because I was asked to put up a good post to begin with before. Anything was said and done, but I'm changing my mind because the service was not as good as I wanted to be.
The first lift I got put in my truck. There was overextending and literally lifting the back of the truck in the air. And they said, oh, that's fine. Just stop on hit the ground and then they ripped a hand cushion on my wheelchair and didn't offer to replace it or anything? I also had a pair of hand controls put on. They put them on, didn't have been adjusting them for me. Just handed me my keys and tell me there you go. They're done. Which I thought was highly speculative, because they put some zip. Ties on the cables going underneath, which caused them to not work properly because they were cinching them clothed. Basically, then I finally saved up $3000 for down payment on a vehicle at this location. I seen one for sales. I went there, I asked them. So I'm interested so they might put the numbers together. I went to hand a guy $2500. And he says no, the cars 23000 they want $10000 down. I'm pretty sure that's over the 10% or 15%. The normal car dealer will ask for. I think these people are highly speculative. I don't trust them anymore. I have another lift them. Supposed to put into a Van I bought because they wouldn't tell me their Van. I had to go out, buy my own band at a regular dealership. And now I'm stuck with dealing with putting a lift in, thanks to them. So they're all smiling and happy. Wanna help you, but in the long run it's. There's no help to be had. It's quite sad being taken advantage of by somebody. That's supposed to be in a business that's supposed to help handicap people.
I told the via no longer deal. These people have been doing their 10 minutes away. And that if I have to travel extra 2 hours to get to the place where I want, then so be it. Yes, I'm willing to go to hours out of my way. One way, just so I don't have to deal with these people that tells you something anyways. Thank you so much for listening to me. Pick any other company with this one, please

Amazing service from David Piken. He want out of his way to trouble shoot a problem I had with my mom's BraunAbility Van, was a quick reset of the electronics and he took the time to show me all the ways to manually override so that I don't get stuck in the future. Back on the road, my mom loves her van! Thanks, David!
