These guys are awesome. They don't cater/advertise to the DIY automotive man, but they will sell to retail consumers such as myself. I started using them back when I was a mechanic for a locally owned repair shop due to their awesome pricing and great quality parts. They always stock OEM or better parts and have always been right about or more frequently better priced then the retail shops' store brands (autozone, advanced, o'reillys, etc). Wouldn't get my brakes or suspension components from anybody else. Love these guys!!!

I bought a strut for my 2003 wrx years back from this place and the experience was top tier. The staff knows their stuff and are much more helpful and friendly than most of the staff at the other major parts houses. I've called them on numerous occasions to find parts for other vehicles which they unfortunately did not have in stock (they can always order things), but they have been just as friendly on the phone as they were in person.

I have delt with Undercar since they opened the doors. They sell quality parts that others do not usually have always been helpful. It is hard enough being a woman more or less asking a thousand questions but when i do its always a smile and a answer at the same time. They are always fantastic! keep it up!!!
