“This is the cleanest ATM I've ever been too! The lady who tends it is always there it seems and everything is operable and sanitized! Hoping branches start coming back to Springs soon! Hate driving to Castle Rock if I need to go to an actual location!”
“I was taking an elderly woman from our church grocery shopping. She is blind and had recently fallen breaking her arm. She is currently using a hemiwalker (one armed walker ) to get around. We were able to manage ato get her in a push cart but getting her in and out of car plus managing groceries was overwhelming. Your store assistant Carly stepped up and offered to help. She was wonderful!!! She stayed with my friend while I got her groceries to the cart, then helped me get her in the car. And she even helped my friend get a yummy Starbucks treat! What a wonderful employee and person. This is why I love King Soopers. Really a neighborhood of caring people. Thanks Carly!”
“No problem to report, but it is no longer affiliated with Shell gas stations and that's important to know if you are like me and prefer to buy the shell V-Power Nitro fuel and use your Shell card to get the $0.10 off a gallon. Other than that the store is clean, there is a car wash and have had no issues with it.”

“On 11/01/23 I attempted to transfer money from one checking account to another. I stopped by the US Bank on Academy.After 10 minutes of frustration at the Academy USBank I went ahead and left. I haven't met a kind and caring associate at the Academy branch. I don't like going to a branch unless I have to. With much frustration I drove to the USBank on Pikes Peak. I entered the Bank with an attitude after dealing with the Academy USBank Branch. I was greeted by Donovan. He was very kind and caring. In a matter of 7 minutes Donovan had everything taken care of. I would appreciate if you would give Donivan a Big Thank you for helping me out. Maybe Donivan should give a training to US Bank on Academy. I have spoken to the branch manager Logan . He was very kind to me also. I know I pointed out Negative I to Believe that Donivan and Logan in my opinion deserve to stand out as wonderful example of great Customer service.”
