U-Pack was great to work with, and I will be using them for future moves. The reservation process was quick and easy. I was able to speak with people from the US for both the quote and further questions. The delivery of and pick up for the container at my location of origin was on-time with no hassle. The deliverer was able to answer all of my questions about the container giving me confidence. At my destination, I emptied the container at a U-Pack distribution location because I could not have it delivered to my apartment. Even though the U-Pack office was not open on the weekend, they fully accommodated my scheduled, and set everything up for me for when I arrived to empty the container. I felt very secure in transporting my things with U-Pack, and all of my items arrived in the same condition that they left in. Thank you U-Pack Colorado Springs and Manassas for making my move less stressful.

We have used U-Pack for two out-of-state moves now, and we're just as happy with them the second time as we were the first. Their customer service is easy to reach, helpful, and the process is simple, even for military moves. They work with military to get the necessary weight tickets and the delivery timing has worked out perfectly each time. You do need some reasonable muscles to handle the bulkheads and ramp, so consider that. Also, the cost is reasonable, even for someone paying out of pocket. We just moved 21,000 lbs (39ft) of way too much of our stuff, and the total cost is less than $8k. We will definitely use ABF again if we do another DITY move.

We used UPack for our first big cross country move. I did loads of research before choosing a moving company, as we were understandably nervous about getting screwed over. Fortunately, UPack was excellent from booking to completion. Their website makes obtaining quotes, booking, scheduling, and tracking super easy. Every time we had a question, concern, or change in our plan their representatives were able to help with a quick phone call. Everything went according to schedule with our move, and nothing was damaged along the way (besides a bedside lamp that I packed super poorly). Our family will definitely be using UPack in the future. I would say, the only drawback is the relocation cube sizes. They are nice and tall, but otherwise can be challenging to fit extra large pieces of furniture in. I know UPack offers a freight loading option, as well. I imagine this provides a bit more wiggle room.

U- Pack was a simple and price effect option to moving. The online tool was great to be able to determine price for the move. The trailer was delivered when promised and they even gave us an extra day to unpack. The drives on both pickup and deliver were very friendly. I highly recommend.

I personally wouldn’t recommend utilizing UPack. I have moved 7 times nation wide, 6 of which I done everything myself and 1 with this organization. Never have I had anything mishandled or broken but the one time I utilize someone else to make my move a little easier, I have 3100 dollars in damaged my items.I had insurance and filed a claim and all I got back was “our driver wasn’t in a wreck and our records show it wasn’t transported into another truck. So the fault must be yours as you didn’t pack right to protect your items.”Again, I have a fair amount of experience with protecting my items during transit across the US and never have I once broken anything, but they managed to break multiple items. The insurance is a scam, and I cannot recommend utilizing as I have suffered a lot of money from them at their fault.The coordination is flawless with the company and everything else was quick and easy, but the way the claims department threw us under the bus, put a sour taste in my mouth and a major hole in my pocket.

We recently used U-Pack for a move from CO to NV. The process was easy and able to be completed online. We had some questions and the customer service over the phone was outstanding! The drivers were on time and professional. No hidden fees! We knew exactly what we would pay once our cubes were on the road to our new home. We had plenty of time to pack and unpack the cubes. Would definitely use U-Pack for future moves. Highly recommend!

ABF U-Pack moved us from Colorado to Kauai. Moving to Hawaii we were a little nervous about our delivery and U-Pack sailing across the Pacific however everything came through beautifully! Pricing was so very reasonable compared to other services we had used in the past and we will now always use ABF U-Pack for our future moving needs, however one item to keep in mind when docking at Honolulu we had to call the port to schedule our final destination date to Kauai and that delayed our move for 10 days. We were unaware we had to call the Port of Honolulu to make final arrangements to have our U-Pack delivered to Lihue KAUAI as our contract was not specific in that one regard.

Used ABF U-Pack to move from Las Vegas to Colorado. Every part of the process went even better than we had hoped. The drivers were professional and experienced in placing the pods where we requested. Pricing is *much* more affordable than the "other" guys.

Customer service was top notch. Every time I called there was a real person to answer very quickly. Our trailer arrived for packing when it was supposed to, and even arrived at our new house many days early.

Finallyyyyyy! A company that makes moving less stressful. I moved 12 hours across state lines and received my items as promised, in the timeline given. I intend to use and recommend Upack. Ps this is not a paid promotion, I am simply thankful for a company that does what they say they will do.
