  I was broken down on my Harley 100 miles away (shocking, I know....) and my daughter had to pick up the trailer. She had the insert to the hitch but no ball. The gentleman working told her where to go and what to buy to get set up. When she returned, he made sure everything was all set up as it should be. She asked him for tips for driving with a trailer, as it was her first time, and he threw some info her way, which I really appreciate. He stayed at about an hour late on a Sunday to make sure she was all set up. 10/10 will be used again and recommended to everyone who needs uhauls services.

  New uhaul business starting out. friendly guys and the uhaul ran just fine no problems. definitely recommend do everything online makes it very easy even after hours

  Zero stars. The truck was old, it had rained while we were moving and the truck leaked water all over my belongings. The place we rented from I had called and asked how we return the truck after hours and they said all we do is drop off the key into a box. They did not tell me they were going to charge me $20 to do it after hours when all I did was put it in the box. They also charged us for gas when we had left more gas in it than had originally been in. Overall a very unfortunate experience.
