I had a big ol' hip pain to where I literally had to roll out of bed. Erin is helping me strengthen those gluts and core area. I feel so much better and no more pain. I will keep doing all the exercises she gave me to get strength and keep it. She's very knowledgeable and makes it fun. I totally recommend Total Function.
