They were nice... however the guy was extremely arrogant and argumentative when I brought it back. He looked at the dull teeth and was like I don't see the problem... they aren't supposed to be flat and edges rounded off...however this is the third tool I've rented from them that the blades/teeth have just been dull... I get maybe an hours worth of good cutting... then it's just burnt wood... think I would learn by now if I have to rent from these guys... that I check the sharp and readiness of the tool. When I called they just said nothing they can do till I return it... so I have to pay for the full time regardless if I'm able to use it... taking it in tomorrow see what they say and if my review changes.Update - I ended up having to rent a walk behind elsewhere... which demolished the rest of the stump I was working on and 8 others in half the time it took me with the toro. Last time I rent from this place. A rip off... save yourself time and energy and rent from places that keep their stuff up to par.

Best group of guys I've ever met. Helpful and informative. They always have the right tools and if a tool is out on rental they find another store that has what I'm looking for. Every tool I've gotten from them works perfectly. They do a really great job at maintaining their tools and if tool doesnt work for me they always swap it out for me if they have extra available. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a place to rent.

John in the tool rental, you sir need to find a new job that doesn't involve the public. We rented a tiller today for 4hr at $57. The tiller broke while in use. My husband was able to take the top off, find the problem and put it back together. We returned it intact and was able to explain the issue. My husband had asked the associate that was actually helping us if a discount could be given as we only used it for 20 mins tops. At no point were we upset about this issue. So, John proceeds to stop helping his customers to yell at us like children about not opening the tools, it's considered abuse of the tools. Mind you, at no point did it say on anything/or us being told about that. We brought the tool back in the shape we received it and was honest about what was wrong with it. The issue could have been handled in a much better way by John. His reaction was unnecessary and completely uncalled for. We paid the $57, no other questions asked and left. It's a drop in the bucket, but we will not be back at this Home Depot.

Was told they no longer rent trucks in Colorado Springs. You would think they would remove from ad.

I rented a tool and only used it for an hour but got caught up in work and forgot to return it right away, but the guys in the rental center helped me out with the extra rental fees. They didn't have to and was only a few bucks but I didn't even ask them for a discount! Great customer service is always nice!

Home Depot is great and a lot better that Lowes. That's my humble opinion after years of experience purchasing in both stores. Not sure about other people, but I even get a bad experience at Lowes when I was picking up merchandise previously purchased and after renting a pickup truck to transport the merchandise. When I complained to the manager, she took the employee side. Very negative experience. I never seen that in Home Depot. You always have a few lazy employees everywhere, but in general, the treatment and desire to serve is what makes a difference to me.
