Went thru and was really hoping for a better clean than I had been getting at other sites, upon leaving my passanger noticed my rear bumper was folded out so I immediately pulled over to assess. Somehow during the wash the rear bumper was damaged and folded damaging the paint. I went back and showed the attendants and they filed a report. Took over a week and several calls to get anyone to return a call ( which they sent an email not even a call) telling me that they had seen previous damage in their video , which there was not as I've never had any issues with this vehicle and we maintain it meticulously. Of course I asked for this " video" and they will not respond. I have called the insurance company and I am awaiting to see if they are going to require me to file a police report and or file against this car wash.

Not a fan of brush carwashes, but for occasional quick wash, not bad.

Great value for a once in a while washer. Had to buff out some light swirl marks afterwards but that's expected from an auto wash. I've seen them pressure wash the brushes in the morning, go early before the brushes get too dirty.

I have never been a car wash person until I met Tommy’s. Every other automatic car wash in town feels harsh on my vehicle but not Tommy’s. I feel like my car is getting good and gentle wash each time I go through. My car comes out looking great each time. I decided to get a membership after noticing that the business model isn’t to be pushy about memberships. Finally, and the best part, the staff are all so wonderful and friendly!

Great wash. Vacuums do not have much suction and are not long enough for large vehicles. They charge for interior wipes but the price is not bad.

The wash was ok, but it didn't complete drying of my truck. nor did the vacuum work very well. the first vacuum to the left. Lucky I had a dry towel or my black truck would have water spots all over it.

My truck was so dirty from camping, bugs all over the front end, mud everywhere. Tommy's car wash always exceeds expectations and truck looks great!

It's a good wash better than most. My only problem is that the belt moves to fast needs to be a wee bit slower.Jessica was so nice and helpful, she understood my frustration with the app.That lady needs a raise and placed in customer service for she's good

Good for a quick wash but does a bad job on getting the bug goo off. And for $16 wash I can use other places that do a better job. The place was clean and the staff is super friendly. Just not happy with the wash.

My son with autism loves going through the carwash. We were daily customers sometimes multiple times a day when he was visiting his grandparents. Needless to say the car has never been cleaner, lol. Too bad we only get to go to Colorado once or twice a year. I wish we had one here at home! Keep up the great work!

Paid for the best, highest-priced, wash, still dust/dirt all over several areas of my vehicle. Terrible, wouldn't come back.
