Took my car in to get new tires and an oil change. Took them two days, and they told me my battery tested at 49%. Then they said it would be fine until winter. Literally the next day after i got my car back it struggled to turn on, and now the check engine light and front collison lights are on. My car came out worse than it went in. I never had any problems with the battery before i brought the car here.

Great experience at Tire World!!! The technician checking my tire air pressure explained that my tires needing replacing. He was very concerned and courteous. Dillon offered a great deal on tires and was able to install them same day! Dillon explained other vehicle maintenance issues just to make me aware. I received a great deal on my tires and great expertise from The technician and Dillon!

Incompetent liars. Went to get my two front brakes changed. Picked the car up the next day and within 10 minutes of driving I’m hearing a horrible grinding in my wheels. I bring it right back and was told they put the wrong clips on the calipers. OK fine. Two weeks later I’m hearing grinding in my brakes again. I bring the car back and this time they tell me my calipers are worn. The car has less than 50,000 miles so there’s no way the calipers were worn. I brought it to another mechanic to get a second opinion. They tell me there’s nothing wrong with the calibers, it’s the cheap brakes that were put on the vehicle. I was never given an option for the brakes and was lied to in order to try and milk me for more money on calipers.

The wife was needing 2 tires. Tire world was the only place that was open AND had the right size. With only 2 hours until they closed they got us in! Great service, other issues with the vehicle were pointed out without a pushy tone. Definitely will go there again

Stay away. They used to be great. I went to them for several years for all services needed on all of my family's cars. In April 2024, I had new tires installed on a vehicle (review written in July 2024). Tire World let me know of a mechanical issue that needed to be taken care of "at some point." Not anything urgent. They went ahead and replaced the tires.
Turns out that the mechanical issue led to the tires being worn out and dangerous to drive on after 3 months. If they had mentioned in April that the issue would lead to increased wear on the brand new tires, I would have had the repair done then. Instead, Tire World told me there was nothing they could do besides maybe have a small price break on new tires. The words used: "We did warn you, and this is what happened." Except I wasn't warned. Do it "at some point" is NOT the same as "Do it now or the $600 you spend on brand new tires today is a complete waste."
I have gone to another mechanic and will now be out $3500 in addition to the $600 for the original tires. Good thing is that the new, honest mechanic (Service Street on North Carefree) told us that they can't figure out what Tire World was seeing in their evaluation as far as a bad control arm, so they saved us some money there. As it turns out, Tire World also either didn't bother doing the alignment that they said they would do, or they completely screwed it up.
TLDR: Tire World will never get another cent from me. Stick to other shops.

Jason. Dillon and Ricky were wonderful. We are on vacation and had the cars air conditioning fail. By chance we stopped in to see if they could repair it. And they did. What a great place!!

We’ve had an excellent service at Tire World today. Gavin served us promptly with no wait time, inspected our tire pressure and assured our Texan (oversized) vehicle is ready for the higher elevations of Rocky Mountains. He inflated the tires accordingly. Our family felt well respected and treated great; our experience is beyond expectations!

Mine was a simple flat tire repair. I left my truck at tire world and they took it in a queue and then called me when the tire was ready. The tire repair and tire rotation is free of charge, which is very nice. Pablo, the young man who checked me in was very courteous and very helpful, and even explained the condition of my tires, which are still good, but suggested some other tires very similar to them and suggested a good price. So I know that if and when I’m ready to buy new tires, I definitely know where to go. Although the tire repair was free I really felt that I wanted to leave a tip so I left a tip for Luke, theman who changed my tire.
