“We took in a friend's car in to have her front tires checked and rebalanced. We were greeted by a friendly employee, and he explained what they would do. We received notification about an hour later that the car was ready. The employee who helped us when we picked up the car was also very polite and courteous. Car drove with no shaking. Thank you for helping us make sure our friend's car was safe for her to drive. We will be back and highly recommend this Big O location!”
“Had an eventful morning Thursday after finding out i had a flat tire that wouldn't hold the air in very long. None the less my husband found Elite Mobile Tire & Maintenance info on Google for me so I gave them a call and they were able to help me out so quickly. Within a very small amount of time after I called them they were able to meet me at my job & look my tire over. Figured out it was a case of an old tire & went ahead and got me a tire on my car so I could get home safely. Will definitely be contacting them to get the other 3 tires replaced when I get paid. Super fast and professional. Thank you so much for helping this working mom be able to get where I need to go.”

“We had TJ auto work on our car that another mechanic had tried to fix. It took awhile for them to fix it and get it back to us. We noticed that the car started to have the same problems as before. We called them to let them know and they scheduled us to bring it in the next day. They found a faulty new part that they had just replaced. They warrantied the part at no additional cost. In this day and age, It is rare that you find a company that truly stands behind their work. “First and foremost, this isn't my first time using this company for custom work on my vehicle, but I just forgot how great they are. I recently bought a 2019 Tundra and to put it best, the audio wasn't no where near up to standard. I priced around at some of the local big brand stores like "Roll-By Auto Sound" and "Truck Non-Toys"( if u are in the area you know who I mean) and their prices were outrageous. I decided to go back to Mi Gente and I spoke to J5. He was able to get everything I needed ordered and installed at a fraction of the price the other dealers charged. And I will add, the work and attention to detail us unmatched. I have had several audio systems in my vehicles dating back to when I was young in the game at 17/18 years old. This set up is by far if not the best sounding system I have ever had. Great work fellas, and I'm looking forward to sending more customers your way.”

“It's nice that they are open on Sunday. I was able to get online at 10 pm Saturday night and get an appointment for just after they opened this morning. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that I got about 2 miles up the road and my check tire light came on again. I was able to check the pressure and both were over inflated by almost 8 lbs. After letting some air out I was able to get the light to reset. Other then that small thing it was an overall good experience.”

“Brought in some older used tires that were well over the dot date of 10 years. Asked for their honest opinion of using them. They advised me they didn't think it was good idea. I ended up buying 4 used tires from them in great condition for a reasonable $380 mounted and balanced quick! Did not even spend 1 hr total time in there waiting ! I feel they are very very respectful and reasonable with a great turn around time! I will be trying to bring all my business here!”

I'm 32 years old and somehow never financed a car before. The process has always felt intimidating and out of reach. Well, I have a new baby and I needed something with better safety features.
