My appointment was easy to schedule, they send reminders about upcoming appointments, you can fill out required paperwork in advance. I didn't have to wait long at all. They were ready to get me started soon after I arrived. Everything was clean and well maintained. Ally was the technician that did my exam two years in a row and she is awesome. She really has a way of making an uncomfortable situation comfortable. She has a very kind demeanor and she walks you through every step, carefully explaining what you need to do next. I was in and out very quickly and my results were emailed to me not long after my exam.

The Technician that helped me was knowledgable BUT she didn't Use the Ultrasound Equipment in the "Precise Area" that my problem of concern was located. I mentioned it to her During the Exam but she told me "She scanned the Areas where the Scanner prompted her to go.
I wished she would of Scanned the "Area of Concern Still" after i bought it to her Attention, But her Personality & Attitude showed me that i shouldn't Ask her to please Scan the "Exact Problem Area" again.

I had a mammogram with Ali. I would normally not write a review for a medical facility, but she went above and beyond. Giving me information when I told her my mom died of an unknown cancer. She was very thorough, making sure she had my previous imaging up before beginning. She asked great questions, and she was gentle (as gentle as a mammogram could be). The front desk gall was very kind as well. They made an unpleasant situation, pleasant. Thanks ladies!

Colorado Springs Imaging gets top marks in every area. They have systems in place to make the experience smooth and easy. I filled out the forms online and checked in online. The technician was efficient and had a very comfortable demeanor. They were ready for me at my appointment time. Altogether, it was a great experience.

Friday was my first time at the center. Wow, a beautiful environment with really, really nice young ladies at the front desk. They were very helpful explaining everything. The tech was amazing, thoughtful, caring and completely personable. I will continue to use the center for my future appointments. Thank you for a great addition to the Springs.

Friday was my first time at the center. Wow, a beautiful environment with really, really nice young ladies at the front desk. They were very helpful explaining everything. The tech was amazing, thoughtful, caring and completely personable. I will continue to use the center for my future appointments. Thank you for a great addition to the Springs.

Admittedly, I have had one good experience at CSI. The tech who did my mammogram was helpful and courteous and made the appointment go really smoothly.
My other experiences there were not nearly as good.
Scheduling error upon scheduling error meant it took months to get a follow up appointment for further imaging. Things like scheduling me on a day when the radiologist isn’t in, and therefore that type of imaging isn’t performed.
Additionally, at one imaging appointment, the technician had me change into the exam gown in the exam room — while she remained in the room with me. There are changing facilities with lockers at this center, so this was wholly unnecessary. Then after the imaging while I was cleaning up and getting redressed, she walked in without knocking or announcing herself while I was still nude from the waist up, made some comment about how it’s ok because we are both women, and then stayed in the room while I finished dressing. This is unacceptable. I will not be going back to Colorado Springs Imaging. If Penrad can’t get me in, I’ll go to Denver or Pueblo or literally anywhere else.

The total experience from scheduling to exams are streamlined in a way I've never seen duplicated. Courteous, friendly, professional, timely, clean environment make Colorado Springs Imaging my go to place.

I had my first mammogram recently. Admittedly, I was very nervous. My technician, Francine calmed my fears, walked me through the process and was gently with me. She helped to make my first experience as pleasant as possible. I’m very pleased with the care I received and highly recommend this place.
