Clean facility, responsible & efficient team of dedicated professionals, ample parking(if nothing available in front or on side of Medicine Shoppe, there’s always room in the parking lot just beyond the pharmacy that services the other businesses in immediate vicinity), reasonable open hours, closed only on Sundays & holidays. The Medicine Shoppe has been the only pharmacy I’ve used, ‘if it ain’t broke don’t fix it’. Prices are reasonable, my prescriptions are filled quickly & correctly, if the medication happens to be out of stock, it’s usually in stock by the following day. The staff is courteous & caring, If u have questions or concerns any one of the many pharmacists on duty is always happy to help. U can ‘enroll’ in a system that alerts u to upcoming prescription refills u may need & when ur prescription/s have been filled, delivery is also available for a small fee. I trust the folks @ the Medicine Shoppe, I’d never want to go elsewhere, ever!

I apologize but I forgot the name to the pharmacist I talked to today. But I would like to personally thank him for taking the time to speak to me about what steps I needed to take in order to get my medication ordered. It’s a new FDA approved CBD oil; used mostly for people with seizures. He took the time to go over the website I need to follow in order to get the process started to get this medication filled. He was kind, caring, and patient with him. He also was quite cheerful at the end of the call and sounded like he didn’t mind at all taking the time to speak with me and educate me on the how to fill the medication, what documents I needed for my doctor to fill out, and what website to go to in order to get this information. Thank you!

I sent an email to customer service inquiring about a medication. Jenn responded very quickly and was able to assist me. I ended up calling bc it was easier to explain on my end. My medication was filled and we were able to pick it up yesterday. I truly appreciate the quick response and great customer service!

I have been a customer of the Medicine Shoppe for more than 30++ years. I started going to the Medicine Shoppe because I have a lot of allergies and I need some compounds made for me. It turned out that the Pharmacist was great at this. Over the years he made a great deal of them for me which saved my life at times. I don't know if he ever knew that. But I told him many times how much I appreciated what he did for me. I was very sad when I found out that he had sold the pharmacy to some one else. I don't know what I will do if I ever need to have those medications again. Maybe now with all the new advances in Medicine, I won't ever have to have them made for me like before. Now the Medicine Shoppe is always so busy, it isn't like before, when they knew you. They are behind bullet proof glass or plastic, I do not know. No one speaks to you but the cashier. It was not so many years ago that the Medicine Shoppe was the place to have your Medicine made if you needed something special or specific that no one made. I know they still do it but for how long? Are we just going to be a number like at Wal-Mart or Walgreens or Safeway or KingSooper?

I called you check the status of a prescription for my 80 year old grandma and the lady was extremely short and rude. We waited for hours for her doctor to call her in a prescription and when they finally did, the pharmacy said they couldn't fill it until the next day after 3 pm. I called the next day to see if off chance it was ready the lady told me no and insinuated they were doing me a favor by having it ready by 3 pm. Apparently they have up to 48 hours. I asked if she new of another pharmacy that could fill this particular prescription, she she was new to the area and that she had no idea. Couldn't even bother to ask anyone. It's not that hard to be kind to people especially when all they are trying to do is help their relative who was in extreme pain without that prescription.

I like this pharmacy but they need to get a better notification system. I've waited days for a medicine and they waited till Saturday at 1pm closing to send me the message about my meds being ready. I'll go without for days now. Also you get phone numbers mixed up between my spouse and myself.

The team here went above and beyond for me when I was in a pinch. My cats heart meds were delivered to the wrong address and I was all out of medication. It was on a Friday too, so I was worried about going all weekend without it. They had the medication compounded and ready all in 1 day! Thank you guys!

Have been using this pharmacy for almost 2 years and they have really went down hill in the last 6 months. The automated system doesn’t work correctly, the staff is not informative or helpful at all anymore. Transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy today. I do not recommend at all.

Love this place. Gives you the old drug store feel. I get my prescriptions delivered. I really enjoy not having to waste an hour out of my day to go pick up medications. The delivery charge is very reasonable only $5

As a special needs mom that needs compounding medication for my g tube only kiddo, this pharmacy has exceeded my expectations. They are always more then willing to problem solve, gets medications filled in an appropriate time frame, gets doctors orders when needed. Etc! They are wonderful! I truly appreciate it because it’s one less stress for us to deal with. Thank you!!
