All I do know about Colorado Springs, is besides it being absolutely beautiful and cold in the winter, they have one of the top Real Estate teams here in the Dunfee Group! Christy always goes above and beyond and we are soo thankful for her and her team! Yall rock!

I will never be able to say enough about Christie and the Dunfee group. They are amazing. We moved during the waiting period of our home to sell, and she and her husband even plowed the driveway for people to get in and service. She was prompt, went out of her way to help, and is THE BEST as far as were concerned. NO BETTER REALTOR.....

I was looking to buy a house in early 2022 when you heard stories where people were offering tens of thousands above asking with no inspections. Christy and her team were realistic with market conditions but assured me that we're not going to do any of the outlandish things. I think it's these tough market conditions that a person's ethics show through, and I would trust Christy and her team with my biggest purchase.

I would highly recommend the Dunfee Group if you’re looking to purchase a home in CO. Our Buyers’ agent, Donna, was absolutely top notch! She went above and beyond to make this process as seamless as possible for my husband and I who were relocating from out of state, and I cannot say enough positive things about her. Their TC sent us updates for every stage of the transaction as well which was very helpful since we’re out of state. As a fellow real estate agent I can honestly say that this team sets the bar extremely high. I would give 10 stars if we could.

The Dunfee Group and Karen in particular were amazing to work with! We had to complete our home search from the other side of the country as part of a military move, and Karen went above and beyond to tour every house we wanted to see, send us a plethora of videos and photos, and put us in a house that suited our family. She was professional, friendly, quick to respond, and a true advocate for us. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so!

I can't speak highly enough about the great work the Dunfee Group did leading to a smooth closing for me. Christy was always available to answer my questions and then represented me at closing. Donna Lozano is an absolutely amazing agent. She has a keen eye for observing possible problems and the determination to find resolutions. She stepped in handling details that should have been the responsibility of the seller's agent.
