Honestly I do recommend them. I had two dents that needed fixing, unfortunately one of them was beyond what PDR could do and they still tried their best to make it look as good as possible and didn’t charge me for it. They are very honest people and will work with you.

Definitely the best vehicle repair service I've used. I took my truck in for some hail damage from a storm last year and the entire process was very easy and smooth. I got my truck back in two weeks looking brand new again and was really amazed they could take that many dents out. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, highly recommend!

I brought my jeep in for a ding repair and they far beyond exceeded my expectations!!! While I hope to not have to bring my baby back in, if ever need another fix there is no place I would go than here!!! Highly recommend them!!!!!!!

This was my second time using The Ding Guy for body repairs, and once again, they exceeded my expectations! Madyson at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They even gave me a ride to pick up my rental car, which made drop-off a breeze. The repairs were completed quickly and professionally, and I was impressed by their efficiency. Even my Progressive insurance agent mentioned how rare it is to find a shop in Colorado Springs that can get a vehicle in for work so quickly. Outstanding service all around—definitely a 5-star experience!

Due to some snow, I slid into a curb and popped half my bumper off it's frame. Figured I'd be out $200, at the very least, to get it fixed. Swung by The Ding Guy, spoke to a tech, who came out, took a quick look at it, got a tool, and came back out and took about 10 minutes to pop it back in. Didn't charge me for it and sent me on my way. Really cool guys. Didn't force me to wait for an appointment or give me the runaround.

I brought my Tundra in to have a door ding and a fairly large dent corrected in my rear quarter panel. After being told that my dent could not be corrected without traditional bodywork by another PDR company, I was referred to The Ding Guy by someone in the industry who said James was one of the best in the springs area. James did an amazing job. The ding and dent are gone and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company for paintless dent repair.

Incredibly accommodating (my rental car company reneged on picking me up when I dropped of my car, and when they heard I was going to Uber over there to pick up a rental, James actually gave me a ride to Hertz). My car looked perfect when I picked it up, and they were a week earlier than they initially estimated. They kept me updated on everything from the insurance process to the progress on the repair. Impeccable friendly service and excellent, meticulous work. Would, and will, recommend to any and everyone.
