The Daniels Team has been great with getting us information on selling our home in Fountain. The was our first home built many years ago so we appreciated the time taken by them to come and look at the house and make suggestions. We sold the home during the time of high inflation and rates, with their help we were able to sell the home. At no time were we disappointed in the Team, they would reach out with updates and were available to our questions and concerns. My partner and I bought a house through Tyler Daniels at The Daniels Team, while out of state, and we honestly could not recommend them enough!!Everyone we worked with was extremely kind, professional and informative. Tyler did an exceptional job showing us houses (both in person and over zoom!) and we ended up with a home that’s better than we ever could’ve imagined. Tyler Daniels is the absolute best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is also just a great person in general. My family and I were planning a move to the Colorado Springs area and we really wanted to buy a house. We could not be there in person to house shop, so getting some good video footage and honest feedback on the properties was extremely important. Tyler quickly scheduled showings that we requested and advised us on the condition of the house and the surrounding area. He was honest and tailored the videos around the specific criteria we gave him for what we were looking for in a home. We ended up deciding later on that with rising interest rates and some other concerns we had that renting was our best option for now. We felt horrible for having sent Tyler to all these locations just to end up not buying but as I said before, he is just a great person. He understood our situation and he also provided contacts and resources to help us find a rental property. I have discovered over the years that finding honest good people is difficult nowadays. Tyler is one of these rare gems and made me more than willing to recommend him and the entire Daniels team to anyone that is looking to buy or sell in the Colorado Springs area. A++++ x1000!

I hired the Alan to find me a home in Colorado Springs. After sticking out four times on other offers, Alan helped me find a deal on a home through some of his connections. We were able to get a deal on my home without having to deal with the crazy market. Without Alan, I would have never purchased this lovely home. Thanks soooo much.

Had an appointment to view a property at 5675 Rose Ridge Lane, The Daniel's team never bothered to show up OR call me. Unprofessional and completely wasted my time! I called several times to confirm appointment, no response.
