I got an expensive piece from here and had to do 4 damn whole trips to make sure it came together. It was supposedly a new package and it came with a missing oiece. And even after i exchanged it it still never functioned properly. I also saw broken bongs there before... I would stay away from their expensive stufdService: Glass installation

I walked in not knowing the latest cutting edge stuff. Im about to retire, so being away so long from doing, the thing, made me nervous. Rob was very easy going and answered all of my questions intelligibly with depth. He walked me through attachments and techniques as well. I appreciate the courtesy he gave me today and I know the gift I purchased will impress. Thanks Rob ??️

Came in and talked to Dan and he helped me pick out a bong. I appreciate his patience as I'm very picky and will take my time when selecting a new piece. I didn't get it then but I came back in the next day and spoke to Devon, forgive my spelling if incorrect, he helped me get the piece and an ash catcher. Great conversation was had. I will be back in for some pokers soon, and I'm looking forward to my next experience with the shop.
