TBK Bank and April O'Neil raise customer service to a whole new level. Walked me through the PPP process, kept me up to date about the the program's protocols, and when it came to the forgiveness stage was once again walking me through the process. Nicely done. A bank deserving of your confidence.

We received a SBA loan in April from TBK Bank (April O'Neil was our main contact at the bank). They could not have been nicer and more responsive to us. April answered all of our questions, helped us with the loan and kept us updated in the following months. Great service, would use them again!
