Great experience and friendly environment. All stylists were welcoming. To clear up something from a previous review I read. There is no booked appointments for this salon. You can check in online to be added to the waitlist for a certain time but you may still have to wait as other people also are checking in online and in person. We did a check in online the day prior for a 1 pm kids haircut for 3 girls. I showed up around 12:30 because we were already in the area. We didn’t have to wait long and were done and out the door by 1:30. Natalie was so patient with each kids and did exactly what we asked for. Ashley had one of the girls and was also great. Best experience we have had in a long time. Even Karen chatted with us.

KAREN IS AMAZING!!!! My hair is just blegh and I hate dealing with it but anytime i feel like im losing my mind she saves my sanity and my hair. If u got curls, waves, any kind come see her

I am five years old. I was scared. My stylist Ashley made it all better. She was fantastic.
Stylist: My stylist was Ashley . She put me at ease and cut my hair just right. I’m no longer scared of the hair trimmers.

Stylist: Sophia is great with kids and parents. She checks with each one of us, making sure all is happy. Haircut, color, and wash. My daughter looks amazing!

I have never been so disgusted with this store. My appointment was yesterday at the constitution location, however the store called and told me that my stylist was going to be working at another location instead. Did I want to make a new appointment with here at the other location...eh no. So I made a new appointment YESTERDAY for TODAY at 11:30. Of course you get the reminders of your upcoming appointment date and time. I get there ten minutes before. Then bang on 11:30, ooh I have to wash someone's hair blah blah. It's going to be a 25 to 40 minute wait. Eh thank you, but no, yet again. What is the point of scheduling a time with a certain stylist if you are not going to honor it? Yes walk ins obviously get priority.
If you know a stylist has made a prior commitment to another patron, why do you squeeze walk ins in?
I have been a regular here for many years, but not anymore.

Excellent service at a great price! Reonna Q was absolutely fantastic. As a stereotypical guy, I normally have no idea what to do with my hair or what to ask for, but Reonna was able to quickly figure out exactly what I needed to get me looking clean and professional again. Definitely coming back again for the next upkeep cut.
