Why drive 2000 miles round trip to pick up our new trailer? A family operation remembers customer service, knows their product lines, and is not high pressure. The staff took whatever time needed to demo our pop-up, explain features, and answer all of our newbie questions.

I had such a great experience with Sun City Trailers. We own a Nucamp Tab 320- not everyone can work on these trailers as the heating system is not your run of the mill propane heater. It's a radiant system manufactured overseas. Add on a complicated winterizing process & an RV newbie such as myself, and it makes a perfect scenario for getting help. That's where sun city comes in. On our way up to northern Colorado for a job, we were in a time crunch to get our trailer de winterized, have the bearings repacked & have our glycol levels reviewed. Chris put our minds at ease when he told us he had attended a workshop up in Ohio specifically for Nucamp, so this wasn't just some random mechanic bumbling around & watching YouTube videos. Sun city was able to get us up and running in just a couple days. This isn't really some fancy large scale dealership like a camping world, but their prices will reflect that. They don't gouge you. They were all extremely nice & helpful & I'd gladly recommend them for Nucamp owners looking for service in the Colorado Springs area.

I cannot say enough good things about this family owned business! We bought our camper there in 2019 and have taken it back as needed ever since.They always take the time to answer our questions and explain things to us no matter how silly it may be.They are fairly priced, extremely accommodating, and just great people all around.

I have come to Sun City Trailers mostly for winterizing and dewinterizing, but techs their have helped with a couple of small items without charging if it's just a simple question. The techs I've dealt with, Chris and Chris (yes, two of them) have been great - friendly, knowledgeable, and, most of all, don't make me feel d*** when I ask about things. The owners have always been accommodating about getting me in, in a timely fashion, whereas another place I've been to in the past can takes MONTHS to get in. I traded my previous trailer for a smaller one (Nucamp T@B 320S). and my BIG regret is that I didn't work with Sun City instead (got a great trade-in, but might have gotten a great one here instead). Next time, I definitely WILL if I stay with trailers. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend this business!

I recently purchased a pop-up camper. I needed help with a few issues and brought it to Sun City. These people were amazing. The owner (i didn't get his name) came out side with tools in hand, got on the ground, and started to inspect the mechanism. It was a twisted spring. He fixed it for free and schooled me how to take of it myself. He could have taken advantage my unknowing what the hell is going on and sold me a fargenschnoodle for several hundred dollars - I would have believed it. He was honest and amazing - so was his staff at the front desk. Very pleasant.

Good service & a good product. The third trailer & the 2nd Rockwood Trailer that I have bought from this dealership. Luckily, they had the trailer in stock that I wanted & they were able to have it ready on short notice for a camping trip to Utah & the Grand Canyon. The price was better than good & the trade in price was fair. In addition, Randal had mentioned earlier that the trailer had 2 solar panels installed. Turned out, it only had1 but I missed it on the delivery sheet & the pre inspection. I was disappointed when I found out but didn't make a big deal about it. Within a couple of hours, Randal called me at home & unsolicited said he was going to make it good & install another panel at no additional cost- & he did!

Why is there no 10th Star?My wife and I are so happy with our new R-Pod camper. We have been running around with our TAG Little Guy all through the pandemic.Which on another note I cannot say enough about the TAG little Guy that we had. WE LOVED IT!!!!! But this review is not about that.When I saw that Randal the owner of Sun City Trailers had this R-Pod for sale I got excited. Its not to large nor is it to small. And the Toilet is on the inside! Anyway Randal gave us a extremally fair deal on our trade in and we were able to walk away with the R-Pod for a very small difference. If you are in the market for a unit no matter the size. Randal, Eileen, and the camper service crew are all super great! We bought our camper a few years back and really enjoyed it! It was everything we wanted! We unfortunately have not been able to enjoy it as much as we would have liked though and decided to sell it. The whole crew at Sun City have helped us do that as well, and there isn't another dealership I would go to or trust if our situation changes and we can camp more often in the future. Thank you for your great service, support, and knowledge!
