I am a first time home buyer and without hesitation told Stacey that I have no clue what I'm doing, please help. I trusted her and her contacts and they helped me buy home, fast and effective. I did not want to renew my APT lease so I was going at super speed hyper drive and Stacey took on the challenge to ensure my family got a nice house and a great price in a short time period. I'm military and our schedules were not always on the same wavelength, but we made it work. Stacey and her company are pros and it showed. Thank you for your assistance.

Stacey provided top notch service and was very professional!. Stacey helped us buy our first home in Fountain in 2014. She sold that house for us in 2019 when we bought our new home. We made the decision to sell in 2020 when we moved to Peyton to be closer to our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. We went under contract on that home after being listed for only two days. Stacey went above and beyond for us in every deal and we couldn't have been more pleased! She always made herself available to us and that was priceless to us because our schedules were always busy. Stacy was amazing to work with. She knew exactly what we were looking for and only showed us homes in our price range. She fought for our best interest during negotiation. Stacy was able to answer any questions we had effectively and in a timely manner. This was our first time buying a house and she was a great help staying on top of deadlines and explaining each step in the process as well as the paperwork we signed along the way.
