Worst location ever. Hear me out.They will mis-quote you, say they put in a ticket to fix it and put credits on your account for months and months with nothing to show for, then drag it on for months and months..Then they will just literally stop answering the phone at the store during working hours.

Walked in, store was empty, 4 employees there. I explained to them my brand new phone from them was broken (not from damage) and I needed it warrantied out. They never looked me up, they just told me I needed to go to best buy and have them swap it. They said if they had to do it, they would have to take my phone, send it into t mobile and wait a week for them to "decide if it was broken" and then they might send me a new one. But best buy should be able to swap it right out. Best buy had no idea what I was talking about. UBreakIFix would be able to order parts in 2 weeks. Instead I went into a different t mobile store and they apologized for this stores behavior and swapped my phone out for a new one immediately.I won't be back.

My husband and I went into this store and worked with Brandon to get two new Iphones. Brandon was so very attentive, personable and knowledgeable. He set us up with a great new plan, and got us a great deal! There were multiple employees in the store, and they all engaged with us. All super friendly. 10/10.

Not helpful staff. There was only one guy at the front counter and he had to repeatedly go into the back office asking more staff to come out. But the extra staff wouldn’t come out to help customers because he had to ‘finish stuff up in the back.’Update: after waiting 20 minutes in line, still only one staff at the desk, he asked what we were coming in for, we told him new phones. He said none of them were in stock, even though online they said they were listed as in stock. Don’t trust their online stock numbers and better yet, don’t waste your time going there at all because they’re not interested in customers. Apparently they’re “not owned by T-mobile” so make sure you go to a store that is.

This was my first experience with T-mobile. Josh set the new standard for customer service. He went above and beyond. Not to mention, I got to the store 30 minutes before closing. He had no issue seeing me through to completion. Best sales rep experience EVER!!!??

Got my service from this store 2 weeks ago for 3 lines with 2 new S23 Galaxy phones and one S23 Ultra that that they didn't have in stores but were getting shipped to me.Even before the phones got delivered, I spoke to the manager about swapping the S23 Ultra for an iphone 24 Pro Max.Received the S23 ultra and now getting told that the store couldn't do the phones exchange when 2 days ago the person who helped me open my account told me numerous times to just bring the phone in.Regret moving to T-Mobile as their customer service is TRASH.
