Ive been to this T-Mobile store a few times. Tonight I went in to buy a couple accessories and turn in my old phone for my new one. I was helped by an amazing mobile expert Xristian Faave. When going through my account there was an issue that he spotted. He took care of the problem and explained what was going to happen, and he would follow up soon. Great experience and bravo on excellent customer service, I felt more like a guest to the t-mobile family!

I'm leaving this review not so much to describe a bad experience, but just in case I grow old and die waiting to be helped, someone knows where to find my body. I've been here so long that part of my body has fused to the floor. I'm apart of the furniture now. I'm decor.In seriousness, no one wants to spend an hour and a half at a T-Mobile store ever, under any circumstances, for any reason, even if the phones and service were free.

After hours and hours of trying to resolve a fairly simple issue over the telephone with T-mobile "customer service" I finally decided to go in to an actual store. It was almost closing time and I was really frazzled and frustrated. Donovan and Marquita were incredibly patient and helpful and were able to resolve the issue fairly quickly. I was very impressed with them both and T-Mobile is lucky to have them working at this store! I would highly recommend this location because of these employees.

My phone decided to give up on me forever this morning. Went in to get a new one and the employees were soooo friendly. I forgot the managers name, but remember Christian (different spelling, he told me he’s from Samoa). Awesome customer experience and I am happy I joined T-Mobile.

Mia the manager wasted my time. Sent me to the Apple Store for my broken phone. T-Mobile had me on the wrong device protection for 5 years so they won’t exchange my employees phone. I told her that was a waste of time. She said that is what customer service told her to do for my 6 year old phone. Apple couldn’t help. Phone is fried. No apple care like her and the rep she called said it had. I told her that was highly unlikely. She could not change me to the proper device protection. Couldn’t offer me a decent upgrade option. She just wanted to go home. She left 30 seconds after I did. Near the end of the day and she just wanted to leave. That was obvious after an hour of her getting nowhere. She left so fast she drove out of the parking lot before I did. Went back again after apple and reps on phone couldn’t help. Dayton helped get me onto correct coverage protection but it takes days to be eligible. He is brand new and figured out what 5 other people couldn’t do. Ordered iPad to replace broken phone which then was backordered after I ordered it. Didn’t tell us it was not in stock until after it was done and ordered. Still no phone and no iPad for 3 more weeks to replace the phone. That will be 5 weeks of no service for my employee. They have me stranded. Mia won’t credit me for the service I’m being charged for and can’t use. I asked for at least a $20 credit and she told me to call customer service. If she cared she could have done that for me 15 minutes before when I requested that and Dayton asked her. She doesn’t want to help at all. I was paying for the wrong protection for 5 years and wasted money doing so I guess. Now I had to order the parts for the phone myself and I’ll have to rip it apart and fix it myself because they still won’t exchange the phone 2 days later and 8 days after my original visit. She could have done more. I was nice until the very end. I walked away and told her I was going to do a bad review and she didn’t seem to care. I have her a wink and turned around and walked away. I filled out the T-Mobile one too with a 1 out of 10 for her. I used to be a manager of the T-Mobile call center. I know bad customer service when I see it. She is just there collecting a paycheck. The initial problem wasn’t her fault. It was whomever put that device on the wrong device protection but she could have done more to get this addresses and just doesn’t care.

Horrible service! I have been with this company since 2002 and have never been treated badly until this store.Disgusted by the staff and lack of effort.

Outstanding service! Mia was so patient helping my older parent switch from another carrier. She worked out all the kinks and made sure my Mom was.good to go before leaving the store.

I just had an incredible great experience at this store! Clarice and Jevon helped me out tremendously when my phone stopped working and I had to get a new cellphone. Knowledge was extraordinary, service was impeccable and even the store was extremely clean! I will recommend t-mobile to just about everyone.

I had a great experience in this store with much needed help from Clarice and Macaleb when I was trying to make an insurance claim on a kids SyncUP Watch. Clarice was very patient and understanding with me and truly made this experience easy. Macaleb was also helpful in offering his advice. Made this whole process easy. Thank you!

Waited quite awhile. The employee was nice but I added a line and I bet him that TMobile would screw up the bill, and they did. I called and they said they corrected the bill but again, I'll bet that next month is the same incorrect bill

Employee turned me away without providing clear information as to which policy or agreement within the contract barred me from trading up my phone after damage. I get it, there’s potential risk for increased charges, etc. But, this employee asked how he could help, I responded with “Looking to trade up after a little damage today” & the same employee looked to turn me away without any additional help or information to get it done.Customer Service can be challenging, but two rocks & a connection to the internet could have helped me more than the two in the store today.
