Springs Mountain Water supplies my business with a cooler and water. They have regular delivery intervals and are very responsive. Anytime I have had a small problem, they have been more than happy to make it right and quick. I highly recommend this service for your business water needs.

I’m not sure what is going on with this company. I’ve been using them for a while and everything seemed fine then all of a sudden my water started tasting really bad. I called in to let them know and I was told they were aware of the problem. For the life of me. I can’t figure out why they wouldn’t contact their customers about this matter. I don’t know why they would be charging me for water that tastes so bad. I’m now concerned about possibly drinking contaminated water. I will be contacting the health department.

We have been using and loving Springs Mountain Water for years. We never have any issues! The water is great, all of the employees are kind and helpful. They always make sure we are well taken care of. We are so grateful for a company like this ?

Springs Mountain Water is superior! We strongly support local businesses and Springs Mountain Water is local, has excellent water quality, and top-notch customer service with prompt and reliable delivery. The water is so pure, cold, and crisp and the entire family drinks more water because it is so delicious! We like the instant hot water for making French press coffee and tea. Highly recommend for anyone looking to up their hydration game!

Springs Mountain Water, Colorado Springs has recently started a subscription policy with a mandatory pay up front for 8 bottles per month 49$ with cooler, good deal you say?Even if you can’t use 8 bottle you will still pay if you only get 6, or 4, fair?Then you pay in advance for your service only on the 1st of every month.So if you are paid on the 15th like some retired folks too bad it’s coming out on that one day, NO EXCEPTIONS!Then when they botch your service delivery every month and Charge you 15$, and you call monthly to get the charges removed you are told “I’m not listening every month to your complaints, if you don’t like it then cancel your service!”Nice customer care.Seeing they are the cheapest by 20-30$, over the other water suppliers, they treat their customers like this now.If you feel this is wrong, and you too have Springs Mountain Water, speak up we shouldn’t have to pay for water like magazines subscriptions.I live in a place where the water is unhealthy so I’m stuck.I will continue to speak up!

Have been a customer for 11 years. If there is an issue it is resolved immediately. Maybe 2 issues in 11 years, I say that is good business. Rick started me off with a dispenser, and I have never looked back. The water is the best tasting and the customer service is the best! Thank you
