This man is the most honest mechanic I have EVER met. He treats me like a good dad would treat a daughter. He never tries to charge me for anything that’s not necessary and frequently tries not to charge me for services he deserves to be paid for! He’s just truly helpful, truly good, and was so dedicated to helping me with a truly tricky situation. I’ve been here several times and no matter how big or small the job is, he takes care of me better than any auto place ever has. Will recommend forever!

Ross and his team are fantastic!! Our 2007 Prius with 280k miles was giving some issues. We originally took Corwin Toyota and they didn't find anything wrong with it. I've owned the Prius since new and could tell it was not running right. Took it to Springs Hybrid Automotive and Ross diagnosed it, repaired it for a very fair price and now the Prius runs GREAT again!! Don't let the looks fool you, these guys do great work!! Thank you Ross!

Fair prices, Ross is nice to work with and does a really good job. Don't go to the corporate locations when you can support local business.

Great service, found a new go-to place! We took our older Prius in for a problem we couldn’t solve and instead left with a Highlander I had wanted. Prices were great but more importantly, the service and attention to detail makes it even better. Honest assessments and personalized customer service is rare—I will always get my hybrid taken care of here and will be back when it’s time for another one.

We went to Springs Hybrid for work on our Prius' hybrid battery. Service was excellent, and we wound up buying a great used Highlander, too! I hadn't realized how much I missed having a Highlander (ours was totaled in an accident a couple years ago), but one test drive and I was sold. Took it back for a couple fixes and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I'll definitely be back for service and probably another vehicle when it's time.

I originally called this place with a question regarding a hybrid transmission flush since the Toyota dealerships kept giving me conflicting information. Ross was very helpful from the beginning and so I decided to go to him instead of the dealership. The quality of work is great and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely being going back in the future!

My 2010 Prius needed a new hybrid battery. Springs Hybrid worked with me so I could drop it off at a convenient time for the person helping me. They were also able to get it in quickly. The price was good and the car is doing great! Thanks Ross!

Had a great experience here. Ross, a mechanic who works there and perhaps is the owner, seemed very knowledgeable about the issue with my car. I compared his price to another recommended mechanic and his compared very favorably. Definitely recommend!

I checked out the vehicles he had. They seemed in good condition and he told me all the things that were brand new (timing belts, etc...). Unfortunately, they were all priced out of my range.

Hands down best auto mechanic I have ever been to. Excellent service. Excellent prices. Fast turnaround. It's hard to find a hybrid mechanic and so glad I found them through google search.
