Surprised by the very rude demeanor in this shop. Considering the exciting events one goes in here to buy a dress. the lady (possible owner) who came out to greet us, really made my newly engaged niece and 4 of her brides maids feel very unwelcome. Shame on you! My Niece didn’t know she needed to make an appt. to try on dresses. First engagement! They were told they could not even look around. This lady even said for an appt there could not be anymore then the five of them, she acted as if there was too many with her already. Just astonishing this place has been in business for so long treating potential guests/customers in such a distasteful manner. I do Not recommend this place at all!

My daughter and I went to this location today looking for a homecoming dress. Both of the women inside the store were so helpful and professional. We didn't wait for fitting rooms, and they kept bringing beautiful and quality dresses back for my daughter to try on. I highly recommend Springs Bridal! Thank you!!!

I went in this store earlier today and I watch a disturbing dispute. A beautiful mother and daughter were looking for a homecoming dress and this worker; I’m not sure what her name is I walk out soon after. The girl was trying on a dress and it didn’t fit right and instead of being a kind helper. Going to go find a smaller or bigger size began to talk about her body weight and how she was fat. This is not ok and I would expect better. This was around 2:30 on Sunday afternoon. Find the worker and have a chat with her. This is not right and must be fixed. And frankly disgusting, do better. If you want to be shamed instead of help this place is for you!

If I could give a 0 I would! From the minute our group walked in to the minute we left it was AWFUL! I felt as if they were racist, did not once ask for assistance for our bridesmaids but surely accommodated the group next to us! We left and found an amazing boutique who not only welcomed us with opened arms but treated us as if we were human beings! We met another group at the same shop who also had an awful experience with springs bridal! Springs bridal employees demonstrated ill manners, disgusting customer service and lack of class! I would not recommend this place if it was the last place on this bridal earth!

SADLY this was an experience from hell! Our group of 7 woke up with excitement early in the morning to head to Colorado springs for our appointment with Springs Bridal. IMMEDIATELY upon arrival when we walked in we were greeted by Karina and an elderly lady, BOTH with total Sour Faces and RUDENESS. Erica immediately did go into how their rooms are small, they won't be able to accommodate all of us back there etc etc, this was FINE, we TOTALLY understood this. So half of us went into the dressing area to watch my daughter try on her dresses and the other half were going to look at bridesmaid dresses, however, When one of the girls asked the elderly lady, "is it okay if we take a look at these ones," the elderly lady replied back, " I can't stop you," and still never assisted any of the girls with looking at any of the dresses.. then when my daughter was trying on her dresses she did fall in love with one dress so several of us switched out with the other girls so that they can come back and look at my daughter in her dress and Karina was so rude that she walked by and shrug the Girls never said excuse me etc etc ... It was awful just awful We were all like little kids in the principal's office or something like we all felt like we were in trouble for something that we hadn't even done We were trying to be so quiet trying not to smile trying not to aggravate them or upset them... And the ONLY reason I did not express anything of how we were being treated at this time because my daughter did like one of the dresses, so, as ALL The bridesmaids refused to purchase anything from this establishment due to the way we were all being treated they went to the parking lot and started making some phone calls to some other bridal shops, LUCKILY, by the grace of God, We were able to get in with another shop, Bridal Elegance. My daughter told Karina we did have another appointment somewhere else And if she didn't find anything at the other shop he would come back for the one with her shop.
We All left that shop in TOTAL AWE and disbelief and how we were all just treated!!!
We then walked into Bridal Elegance and greeted with SMILES, KINDNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM!!! IT WAS LIKE SUCH A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!! And as we were expressing how relieved we were to be in their shop and greeted by all their kindness that ANOTHER group had walked in and told the other girl of their terrible experience from Springs Bridal, how ironic is that that we just left Springs Bridal with the most horrible experience and shortly after came another group with the same experience! It's a shame that this is a special day for the bride and this shop would even think to make it so bad for the bride and everyone! I told my daughter I was going to call Springs Bridal and express my discuss, my daughter's such a kind soul did not want me to do that but I told her I am going to do that and did and spoke with Karina and all Karina could say is that she can't make excuses for her face that their bridal shop is small and accommodations are limited and what I told Karina was it is not about the accommodations it was about the treatment The downright rude and disgusting treatment from the time we walked in! And obviously it wasn't just us in one day They chased out two groups within an hour of each other. I thank God we were accommodated and we were able to have a good day after all and my daughter was able to find her perfect dress. I will never refer anybody to Springs Bridal and I would hope that if you are not happy in this type of work that you find your happiness because you both ooze misery yesterday.

I went in to find a dress for my vow renewal and gave them my budget which was quite low ($300) and they had plenty of dresses in my size and price range to choose from. They never once tried to get me to spend more than I was comfortable with, and let me have plenty of time to decide on what I wanted. In the end I made a really hard decision between two dresses but walked away with one I loved off the clearance rack for $105! I’m very happy with my experience here and I can’t recommend them enough.

Karina went SO above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. I has originally picked out a dress here and had second thoughts, and she helped me to find the right dress when she certainly didn’t have to.There is such a huge selection of beautiful dresses for very reasonable prices. I’m so happy I made the decision to come here and would a thousand percent recommended Springs bridal to any bride!

I can’t say enough great things about this bridal shop. These ladies were so kind and helpful in helping me to find a dress. This was the 3rd shop I tried and as a plus size bride dress shopping is not exactly fun. They made me feel very comfortable and gave me good advice on what looked good and did not. I recently moved here from out of state and because of that had to go dress shopping alone…they made my experience very fun even though my girlfriends were not here with me. I will definitely be back for other occasion dresses!
