Been going here for years, specifically for Delaina's expertise. Unfortunately time to move on since she's no longer working here. Overall good experiences with other stylists, but Delaina had that "X Factor" that made my cut really exceptional.

Everyone looks at me crazy when they ask where I get my haircut, and I tell them it's from here. I get a wolf cut with bangs and 9/10 me and my kids' hair looks great for the low.
Whenever I've brought my children they've been extremely accommodating and work with me. ?

I like several of the girls here, but Miranda is my favorite. Great haircut every time (my hair is kinda difficult). I’ve been going here over a year and would only change if she left. Never said that about a barber before.

Started going here at the end of COVID. Delaina has always been amazing, great customer service and a perfect cut. 2 weeks ago, I made the mistake of scheduling with Rebecca. She butchered the fade, had to make her go over it 4 times and it was STILL choppy. Will definitely NOT be scheduling with Rebecca in the future.

First off the business is extremely clean and full of sports! All of the stylists are very friendly and helpful! I really appreciate the care, attention to detail, and overall enjoyable experience that Rebecca provides each time I see her. She is great about asking me questions throughout the cut to ensure I’m happy with it! Can’t recommend this location enough!! Been to a few and will remain a customer here as long as I need a haircut!

Outstanding service over the years. Unfortunately it was time to change duty stations but I highly recommend the stylists at this location. I always saw Jess except when she was on vacation. As for Sports Clips I recommend using their App for scheduling and it tells you which stylist is working that day. I started using SC in Oklahoma and the business standards are the same with great management. All SCs have TVs going for games with the usual channels. Great note: your hair cut goes into the system under your name so they know what you want - unless you’re changing it up. I would definitely recommend this chain to friends and family.

Stylist: Jess was amazing. I know where to go if I’m in the springs again and need a hair cut.

I rarely (if ever) take the time to write reviews but I feel like this one is well deserved. Ironically it all started with a.... we'll call it "bad haircut" a couple days ago at this location. Some people might leave a negative review but the reality is the person cutting my hair was really nice so I assumed it wasn't anything intentional. Hey, everyone has an off day here and there so I just chalked it up to that. Hair grows back..no big deal. When I came back in a day or two later after my wife let me know what had happened to the back of my head, the manager immediately made things right and let me know how sorry she was (even though it obviously wasnt her fault). Without going into the details I'll just say that it goes a long way with me if you can just do right by your customers especially if they didn't get what they had originally paid for. This location will continue to receive my business because the manager clearly knows how to take care of her customers. Her, and the stylist who fixed me up today, turned a not so great experience into a 5 star review.
