Called the dealership to see if they had a license plate bracket for my 2023 Nissan Rogue a woman answered from the service department she said she would ask how much it would cost to install it I was given a quote of $70 to install it she said her manager just walked in and that she would ask him how much it would cost.I was told it would be free to install if I bought the bracket from them. The cost of bracket was $59. Went to the service department to get it installed and was told it would cost $33 to install it because I did not buy the Nissan from them. I asked the service representative if I could speak to a supervisor I was told there were no supervisors available which was a lie. Went back to the parts department and talk to the supervisor were i bought the bracket from and he installed it for free. The individual that I talked to at the service department was very rude. I hope this type of action does not reflect upon all Nissan dealerships. Maybe it was just the dealership on South Academy. It only took four screws less than 2 minutes to install. In no way was this a monetary issue with me it was a honest and truthful issue.

I want to say thank you to Caitlyn for helping us out so much in getting our little Nissan Leaf, we took a while to fill out our paperwork but she made sure we left with a car no matter what!! I also loved the little gong we got to hit once the sale was signed! :)

Upon arriving, Travis, one of the Nissan service writers, asked if he could help. In short, he listened to what I said I needed done, then promptly ensured timely repairs and maintenance were accomplished. He and the Nissan team at Sourh Colorado Springs Nissan were friendly, fast, thorough, and professional. Additionally, the facilities were clean and spacious. Following my time there, I was contacted by one of their representatives to ensure I was satisfied with my experience there.

Very friendly staff, not very capable technicians. Was told a part for my XTerra could not be installed due to structural issues. Took the vehicle to Woodmen Nissan, and their technicians completed the reinstallation, no problem!

I always go to south Colorado Nissan they always treat me right. Save me as much as they can!!! Love this place and the people!!! I went last week to the 3 or 4 weeks when they did a recall replacement for me. Well in turn when I got the car there was a clunking noise plus the front driver sounded like my front end ball joints or something squeaking. Give them back my car to find and fix it!!! Well they did nothing and my car sounds like it’s going break down. They messed up my car and now they won’t fix it!!! So now I don’t know what to think or do!!!! ?
