We went into the store wanting to look at our options and were not planning on purchasing anything. Scott helped us right away and explained how the beds work, showed us the beds in our price range, and had us try a couple out. He was so helpful in showing us how the bed can adjust to your body in different ways. Once we tried out the C4 bed, we were sold right away! Walked away with a bed ordered and selected a delivery date for when was convenient for us. We can't wait to start using our new bed!! A regular mattress just isn't the same!

Sleep number beds are the worst investment one could ever make. The air ports under the mattress disconnect themselves as the mattress slips around on its platform, eventually tearing away. 6000 bucks and 2.5 years later, it’s a partial warranty after I spend 2 nights troubleshooting it myself. Run! Away!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained all options and answered all questions. Ended up buying a bed. Delivery was easily arranged. Recommend you try.

Good for some, not for us. If you're a larger person around 250lbs, these beds are not really for you. They are glorified air mattresses. 10k for an air mattress with really good tech. They do offer 100 day in home which we should've returned then. Very expensive choice that we will not make again. Sales person was great but should've told us about the suggested weight "limits" for the bed.

These beds are trash. I spent over 10k. The air in the mattress goes flat, the mattress falls off the base, the mattress covers do not prevent spills from staining. Oh and don’t buy one of their 400 dollar down comforters. They will tear after two washes. Garbage. They don’t honor warranties. Salesmen/women are crooks.

If you are not 1000% percent positive that this mattress is for you, then please DON'T do it!! I made my decision based on the fact that my parents had one of the older beds, prior to all the updates, and it was well loved. This mattress did me no favors. The Queen size has 2 air chambers making the bed awkward. Even if both sides are set at the same sleep number, they don't feel the same. Because I am the only one using the bed, it feels like I am going downhill when I lay on my side. I find it uncomfortable and would not use the word "plush" like they do. It more or less seems like an overpriced air mattress. In addition to the bed not meeting my expectations, the 100 night trial period is not for us (the consumer), but a way for the company to still make money off of returns. I've had the mattress and adjustable base for 22 days and am now in the red around $800 before even purchasing a new mattress. A steep delivery fee for delivery, another for pick-up, and they are keeping all the taxes that I paid on the purchase. I've never heard of such a thing! As if all of this wasn't enough to put a sour taste in my mouth and make feel like I've been completely taken advantage of, but the company will not allow returns on their adjustable bases. Which, by the way, is another $2000 I'm out because they sell the most expensive ones possible. The verbiage they use is that they physically can not take it back because it's not a Sleep Number item and it's outsourced , therefore, impossible. However, when I spoke to a supervisor about all of these concerns he said he could do it, then placed me on hold, called the store to see if I signed some form, came back and said that I did indeed sign the forms so he wouldn't allow me to return it. So, this made it clear that the supervisor definitely had a choice on whether or not to work with me, and just "chose" not to. As a matter of fact, David, at the Call Center did not help at all. He educated me on gas prices, told me he has "never" made a purchase where he failed to read through every single page, line, and paragraph in his whole life, and made me feel foolish for even calling. All I wanted was for someone to help me. I'm out a lot of money and I'm pretty confident something is wrong with the bed. I've never in my life spent over $5000 on a bed and been this unhappy to boot. Now I need to find a mattress that is going to work on this adjustable base and I've been told by 2 local mattress stores that it will be tough to find a good fit because it will most likely slide off and cause me issues.

Sales staff was very attentive and helpfful in understanding our needs and the products to choose from that would address our particular situation. Very helpful ifor us n understanding the advantages of the smart technology over other brands to choose from in the market.. Products had a variety of feature options and price points to consider. We tried them all and found a perfect solution to meet our expectations.

Robert Lundberg is the best reason to visit sleep number in pueblo, co. We visited the colorado springs store and were not impressed but Robert at the pueblo store is very knowledgeable and an overall nice guy. If your in the market for a new bed Robert at pueblo is your guy!

We bought our bed and few years ago and just recently the air went out on my side. It looked like a hammock! We did have a good experience with that getting replaced in a fairly timely manner . My Huge dissatisfaction is with the sheets! They are designed to be separate since the head of my bed, and the head of my husbands bed can be moved in different positions separately. $300xx sheets and they ALL tear in same place! Right if the bottom of the U! Grrrrrrr
