Tried to download cash to my card and the cashier stated that only managers are allowed to authorize such transactions. I've been to other 7elevens and have never had an issue like I did at this location

I really like the clerk that sings while she works. She is kind and provides excellent customer service. She also has a nice singing voice ?.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t know who’s was working the night of November 10th, at 9:05 but they shouldn’t even be working in a jailhouse soup kitchen. They were absolutely egregious to come into contact with and I honestly think they would do better mooching off of disability if they can’t even perform well as a gas station clerk. Just be kind and not be a total jerk to the customers that are literally paying you via the corporation that you work for and the money you live off of. You are giving the company a bad name and you shouldn’t be working for them if you can’t handle working at 9:00pm when customers are hoping to get some water or what have you. You honestly shouldn’t be working for them if you don’t want to deal with customer service. Sorry but you’re a complete disgrace to society and nobody should be force to enter into contact with you if you are going to treat them in a demeaning and rude manner. Also, if there are any managers reading this (which I hope there are) this individual locks the doors to the gas station in hopes that customers won’t enter as I’m sure she’s too busy smoking her vape or whatever.Just fire this trash. She’s probably right of it the jail house bin im sure if it. If not than whatever. She should have been caught for her schemes a long time ago as she’s no real employee of any company as she’s clearly not fit for customer service and should be kept in a dark room.

No gas. No gas at all. Don't even bother. Maybe the best price, but if you don't actually have gas, you're just wasting my time. You'll notice that the pump says "One moment please." Yeah noticed all the other pumps say that too.

Store manager was a bit rude. Made a fuss as her staff was busy and I took the initiative to empty the vacuum into the trash bin. Most call it neighborly but the Ma'am of Sinclair was not having it. Apparently I was suppose to inconvenience the staff and wait for their assistance as if emptying a vacuum took special corporate training to accomplish. Perhaps her having grown up in Longmont has her still adjusting to city life. Can only hope she learns how to interact positively with clientele.
