Quite possibly the nicest staff I’ve encountered at a business lately. Joel was so incredibly nice and took care of me even though I wandered in half an hour to close not knowing what I wanted (as a recent new homeowner).There was an inventory issue and I couldn’t get all the paint I needed and they found the paint at a different location and took care of my return super quick and apologetically. I hope I don’t need more paint, but if I do, I’ll be back to this location no question!

I am completely satisfied with the service I received at the Sherwin Williams store in Colorado Springs Colorado S. Nevada location. They were able to match a color I used 20 years ago. The associate stated he remembered the color and was able to mix what I needed. I will return and recommend any who need paint supplies to that location . A 10 star rating from me. Frank Maestas.

**Update 10/17/2022- spoke to district manager Nathan- he said they made a mistake on their end and I was charged too much! They are going to do a refund and admitted they were wrong and made a mistake. Luckily issue was resolved and am happy knowing they haven't jacked up their prices that much on me.10/01/2022 -Never going to buy paint from Sherwin Williams again. The paint is 2-3 times as much as home depot or lowes and there is no difference in quality that I can tell. I paid $83 on average for one gallon!! For 7 gallons it cost me $587.00! They would not offer me any discounts or coupons to assist with their rip-off price. Save yourself some money and go elsewhere, the guy I spoke with was not pleasant about the situation.

If you need paint or accessories for painting go to this nice, well run, nicely staffed paint outlet, featuring quality Sherwin-Williams paint at South Nevada Street, and be attended by nice, friendly well qualified staff. You'll be glad you did.

These guys know their stuff and were super helpful in making sure I not only got the best product for what I needed (repainting a gym pool area) but that I got the best value as well. Color looks phenomenal and paint was high quality!

This little store is now my go-to for all paint. Went to many local hardware stores; home depot, lowe's, and none of them could match the paint that came with my house. This little Sherwin-Williams not only matched the paint, but was cheaper than the local hardware stores.

I agree with other review complaining about employee arrogance. I recently purchased Promar paint for my contractor and was treated poorly, as if I was lying about my contractor using it and shouldn't be taking on a DIY project with that paint. I'm not certain if I'll return despite SW having very good products.

This is probably the worst Sherwin Williams. The employees are arrogant and dismissive. They're slow and it's amazing how often they don't have product in stock. Then they act like year some kind of cheapskate or sorry contractor because you don't want to upgrade to the most expensive product they have. I'm to the point where I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a different Sherwin Williams so I don't have to deal with these jokers!
