The crew did a really good job at detailing my car, but with only one small area that got missed. These photos were taken the day of when I picked up my car. I wouldn’t be too harsh on it because they did install my new wind visors, which I appreciated. Also, they’re conveniently located next to Enterprise, which is nice so I can get a rental next time I leave my car overnight for full detail.

I expected a better clean for what I paid.Don't get me wrong, my car is very clean, but for the price, I expected a full pro detail. There were various little items that made me feel like I could have done this detail myself.Couple photos of dirty car mats, coffee stains, dirt in leather cracks, ceiling not cleaned, nail marks behind door handle, air vents not cleaned, didnt shine my tires...etc. *These are photos right after I received the car.Again, overall, my car is very clean, but I expect better.

I had my car done there a couple of months ago. I held off on writing anything about them cuz I wanted to see if it was worth the money that I paid. Not only was it worth the money, but I probably would have paid more for their services if I knew what I know now. I think the managers name was Alex. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the different service. That place had a couple of porsches in the shop when I was there, any I drive a Mazda. They treated me like I was the owner of one of the more expensive cars that they had there. Very impressive. I'll be referring everyone I know that wants detail work done there

Beware! Poor quality, poor value, not professional. SBG Detail does NOT offer the excellent service they advertise or speak. So disappointed with the outcome after they had my vehicle for 5 hours and that the dealership even recommended them. I paid $400 for NOT EVEN a basic detail. My carpet was not shampooed, my leather was not cleaned, and there was still dirt visible throughout the vehicle (refer to photos). Literally looks like they spent less than 30 mins on my vehicle, not to mention the exterior appeared to only receive a basic wash. Cannot comprehend why I received such poor service and I can only speculate. Alex offered for me to bring my vehicle back to them citing he did not take a look at it prior to it being picked up but why would I return there after they treated me badly as a first time customer. This is definitely not the type of service I offer my clients in the helping profession. Taking it back also doesn’t work with my weekday schedule considering they don’t work on weekends. Sent Alex pictures and I haven’t heard from him since. If you choose to use this company, go pick up your vehicle well before closing and don’t pay or leave without checking the work and doing a walk around. Hopefully, my unfortunate experience helps someone else to make an informed decision and get the services they are paying for. Best wishes!Service: Auto detailing

I paid $410 for a premium auto detail (interior, exterior and engine) on a Toyota Highlander. I was extremely disappointed upon getting it home when I decided to Rain-X my front window. I washed the window one more time and there was dirt on my rag. I have to stand in my doorway to reach the whole window. When I looked on the roof of my car it was dirty, looked liked it hadn't been washed. How do you wash a car and miss the entire roof? When I learned to wash a car that's where you start. I have to wonder if the car was rinsed and washed at all.I was the first customer to arrive the next morning. I asked to speak to the manager, showed them the dirty roof and they said they would work on it right away. They didn't use soap and water to clean the roof. They sprayed something on and wiped it off. They asked me to look at it and there were still areas needing to be cleaned. They then used a machine to wax/polish it. No offer of a credit or additional service for my having to bring it back for them to finish the job. I later noticed the tops of the side windows were not rolled down to be cleaned. If you don't have a quality assurance person, I highly recommend you hire one. You did not meet the service you proclaim to provide.Service: Auto detailing
