Ordered my wedding cake a month in advance from this sam’s club. An hour before my wedding i went to pick up said cake and cupcakes, the cake wasn’t even close to the design for what was supposed to be done or close to being finished they had other orders in front of mine is what they told me. Then when i noticed the design was wrong and asked to speak to them on it, I was told at first they didn’t do the design i picked anymore when i tried to correct them, then i was told the printer was down for the design it was supposed to have. MY WEDDING CAKE the most important cake i will order! They didn’t call to discuss this or tell me when i called earlier in the day to check on said cake. When the manager came over he kept saying well there’s not much we can do except finish it and pipe on decorations. He was not helping relieve the stress that his bakery caused! While i was waiting i heard then talking about me while i waited an additional hour for the cake to try to be fixed. Very poor communication as there is another sam’s club in town. The cupcakes i ordered were perfect but yet my cake was sloppy, poorly done and wrong design. I was at a loss at what to do and was left with taking the disaster cake to my wedding! I was so heartbroken and stressed and it was stress on my wedding day no bride should have to deal with! It could have been different had they communicated about the order. The cake was so ugly i didn’t keep the top tier to put in the freezer for our one year! I will order a different cake from somewhere else for that important anniversary. The number one is what it was based off of but we changed to have the mountains on the bottom and middle tier. The second photo with green is what they were trying to give me. The last photo that looks like wolves instead of mountains is what i took with me. The manager did not make me pay for the cake but i paid for it in the most important day of my life with a crappy cake! Unacceptable sam’s club! Use communication with your customers especially with orders this special!

First checkout after membership and we picked up jello shots went to checkout and they couldn’t find it in the system after scanning several times. No manager came to explain a thing just told you cannot get these. Why put items on the shelf if you can’t buy them?!?!

Great selection, great prices, and helpful staff! They have moved products around the store and haven't moved the signs on the end of the aisles to be accurate.

The entire aisle of food including chips, candy bars, etc is the smell of the next aisle over because the Ortho Insecticide Scott's and other brands of potting soil is saturating the food aisle with a very strong TOXIC chemical smell. Not right that this is near food.

We waited nearly 1 and a half hour for two pizzas. When it was mentioned at an hour that there was a forgotten order there was little care to get it out quickly it say sorry.
