TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE A year ago we were taken good care of when purchasing 4 new tires. As of recently not so much I made first contact about one of my tires on August 18th, was told it'll be 3 days for the tire to come in and they'll give me a call. No call was made. Aug 23 I call again and speak to someone and he tells me to bring my truck so he can see the tire. They also claim at this time that I have never been serviced there before, thankfully I kept the paperwork in my truck. He tells me that mt tire has been discontinued but they can order one that is 90% match. Then tells me he has to contact their tire rep and it'll be 48 hours before they would reach back out. It wasn't till Aug 26th that he called back and said his rep hasn't found a tire yet but he will call me tomorrow. Now today the 29th I call back again because noone has reached back out, I got nowhere and the guy I talked to gave zero customer service and just said he will have someone call me tomorrow. We went with Sam's for their warranties with the tires and services and now I wish I hadn't done that because they're doing absolutely nothing for me. I called two different stores today who both could order me the same tire that the sams club guy said was discontinued and be here tomorrow. Now I get pay nearly $500 for a tire that should have been replaced with a warranty for free. Don't use their services, I'm canceling my membership.

I took my car into Sam's on Venetucci to replace my tires 11-11-23. My appointment was at 4PM. By the time they were finished it was dark. I went to check my tires and noted that the rims were torn up and was missing two valve covers.The technician mentioned he could replace the valve covers?? I then mentioned about the rims and the damage. He said if there was damage it would be the outer part of the rims. Granted it was dark. So the next morning I checked and they were torn up mainly the two back rims. Along the outer rims as well as the center. I called to speak to a manager they took my number and I was told they would call me back. I never received a call back 11-12-23.I sent an email to Sam's and the response I got was not the best. I sent pictures of the rims and was told that I need to bring my vehicle back in. They would have to check them and file with insurance to see if it will cover or deny the claim. I have called multiple times and left messages and no-one has reached out to me 11-14-23. Please if you get tires done at Sam's Club take pictures before of your rims, so you want have to go thru what I did. Also when you call to speak with manages don't plan on getting a call back.It's just lip service from the people who answer the phone:)

I recently had all four tires changed for the winter, staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was noted my tire pressure sensor had failed. After being quoted a ridiculous amount at the dealership. I returned the car to Sam’s tire center and paid very little and service was done with expedited time and service. Will utilize their services in the future.

I just want to give Amon in the meat section kudos for always making the best chicken. It's a tough job, but he always has a smile on his face, and so do I because I don't have to cook dinner. I've given up Costco Chicken because his chicken is so much better. I hope management passes this along to him.

I was informed yesterday, that my membership automatically renewed, I never agreed to that and I don't know how it is that they slipped in on me, but I am not happy about it

This place is way too busy to go to on Sundays, the a.oubt of people that are waiting in line at the cafe is just mind boggling to me. I'd recommend if you go to use the Scan and Go app and just forget about going to the cafe if that's what you wanted to do.

First time ever seeing an employee actually blocking the through way so people can't get gas quicker, and be on their way. I went to the other pump, so traffic could unclog, and traffic could flow.

This place is horrible took 2 days for an employee to answer the phone. Then I spoke with a manager named, Michelle, she wasn't helpful at all. Your store sold us a toy without the remote but you CAN'T discount the toy so we have to take it back from our 2 year old or keep a broke toy. I see why this store has only 3 stars. I haven't had my membership but a view months...I am going back to Costco

I did update my membership to Plus because of free shipping which we found very convenient during COVID (and we like the early shopping hours and rebates), but they now badger me about getting a Sam's Club Mastercard. I just say no. No complaints about the club itself. Always stocked and clean, and the clerks are helpful.

These guys are out stealing. Everyone in the shop has been great but kudos to Adrian for offering outstanding customer service. We have always gotten our tires elsewhere but our last three experiences at Sam’s Club have made us change our mind and this is where we will be shopping for tires from now on.

Just joined Sam's club with a special. They were great at the front desk due to a pretty long line. Was unable to get my card since they were out, but the lady made sure I had a card to use then and until they received new cards. Everyone was very helpful.

First our DEA is out of control!! They have made so that pharmacies only have a limited amount of opiates on hand. That means we have to call around just before our doctor's appointment to find a place that can fill a prescription! This is lunacy! The first said that you have to use one Pharmacy in one Pharmacy only it keeps track now you have to call around and a lot of places won't even tell you if they have them. So that's how we ended up at Sam's club! Now I know that my ID is expired and I am taking care of that but the woman was a total rude looking down her nose at me and my sister. She has made it very clear and obvious that she doesn't like anyone who is using opiates!! Now my sister has MS so think about it be mylar on her spine is missing so that's very painful. Myself I have ripped my ligament in my arm completely in half! This woman loves control you can tell she changes the rules because she wants to! So my ID was expired and yet she said anyone with an ID can come in and pick them up!! Now that's funny any Tom dick or Harry can come in and pick up my medication and she would give it to them, as long as they have an id. ID! So that means she's breaking the law just because she knows nothing if why but she makes it clear she thinks only drug addicts need these! Went to my doctor today, 28 days, as always,. Never had a problem, even insurance covers it 28 days!! Well kim seeking power says she won't do it till 29 days!! In my opinion she needs to be put in another department where she can't treat club members this way. This is the last time myself, and my family will be renewing membership!! Believe me when I say I will let everyone know about kim and the others working their in the pharmacy and how their treatment of clients !!
