Go somewhere else!! I hired Safelite through my insurance to replace the windshield on my vehicle. The tech who installed my windshield wiped my hood with a dirty towel and put scratches and swirls all over my hood. After it happened I brought my vehicle to the store to show the manager what had happened. His attitude was very defensive and he acted like he really didn’t care. He said that there was no possible way that wiping the hood with a towel would have caused the scratches on my hood even though the tech admitted to doing it and wrote it on my receipt. I brought it to a detail shop to get the problem fixed. It took me sending them video evidence for them to finally agree to pay to get it fixed. Not only that, one of my wipers was broken during installation and the wrong windshield wiper was put on to replace it. The first time I used my wipers the wiper they replaced flew off. The bottom seal on the windshield was not even set down all that way, I had to go back myself and fix it. I wish this experience was better, but I can’t justify giving them any more than 1 start after they damaged my vehicle and the install all together was not good. I would have been pleased if I didn’t have to fight for them to take responsibility. Get your windshield replaced somewhere that cares about the quality of their work and takes responsibility if something goes wrong. You don’t want to mess with a place like this, just read their other reviews and it tells a story, should have not taken the chance and listened to the other reviews.

Safelite hooked me up on a new windshield, more specifically Carver Engatrom installed my new windshield. He was very helpful and kind. He did a great job, i am definitely recommend safelite to family and friends!

Disorganized and disrespectful of clients schedule. They are also the most expensive windshield in town.Had an appointment on Friday and they brought the wrong windshield. That’s no big deal, but the next day I brought my truck in for a 930 appointment the following day. I text with the client Services team in the morning at 7 AM giving them the door code to my truck. They called at 1:06PM and could not find the door code so I gave it to them again and they said they didn’t have time to do it anymore today. They had no reason that they couldn’t find the code before and didn’t really care that they had already inconvenienced me two days in a row.I’m going to use one of their competitors who has a better windshield and is half the price.. Was planning to book with another car as well, but I’ll take that business elsewhere too.

The "as little as $0" is only if you use your insurance which is pretty much like anything else. Nothing special.Changing this review from 2 stars to 5 stars. What I initially put is still true, however, I decided to go with them to replace another windshield for a reasonable price and their service during the process was great! For replacing of a windshield, I recommend Safelite!

I'm only giving a 5 star review because of Chris and Shawn. It is ONLY because of their hard work that they took, what would have been a 1 star review to a 5 star. I went through 3 weeks of trying to get my windshield replaced, and it was frustrating! The people who work at this location have a lot to learn about customer service. However, Shawn worked hard to make it right, and for that, I'm grateful.

2 days after windshield replacement we had a rain and it was dripping all over my truck. All over my electronics and coming out of a speaker. Also when you try to call you go to corporate headquarters you can't reach the local store who did the service. These are 2 reasons why I won't ever use them again.Terrible workmanship and non local customer service.

I would leave a zero star review if I could. Satellite failed to do the service on my car. I would not recommend “drop and go” service as there is not guarantee they will check the key drop box and do the service. You will waste an entire day of your life. Just take it to a dealership.

Very disappointed the windshield that I received had pits in it had not even left the parking lot. After waiting 2 hours to have the windshield put in now they want me to go through warranty the technician should have seen the defective windshield while he was installing it for 2 hours I will never use Safelite again , consumer beware their product is inadequate and not up to standards of being brand new the problem I have is I will never be compensated for something that should have never happened you are thieves who took my money shame on you

SCAMMER ALERT.We had our windshield replaced on Friday and the tech told us with the fluctuations in tempature after an install there is the possibility of cracking and it will be covered under the warranty.On Monday we noticed a crack on the windshield and called to make an appointment to have it looked at. I looked at it in the morning before her appointment and there were no chips or marks in the glass. When we came in one of the Techs came out and dug his pen into the crack and told us it wasn't covered because there was a chip in it. There are also waves in the glass that look like a manufacture defect.They will install sub-par glass on you cars that are a safety issue and try to void your warranty so they don't have to cover for their mistakes. I would avoid them at all costs.

Had a horrible experience with “safe”lite. when replacing my windshield the repair man shattered the windshield and glass went all over the inside of my car. Was told he vacuumed the drivers seat and it was safe enough to bring into the store for a complimentary vacuum cleaning. Well got hit with a storm and was out of my control for several days. I spent hours cleaning glass out of my air vents and window seals. My dog was unsafe from the shards and passengers weren’t safe due to the amount of glass shards everywhere including seatbelts. This was a a very poor job. I’m not upset about the glass. I’m upset this job was considered complete and no follow up. Safety was in fact not your highest priority it seems like.

Like many complaints here, within weeks of purchasing a new windshield the glass cracked from one end to the other. Within the 5 days for them to respond it cracked again. The glass is inferior and cracks just from running the defrost: pictured when it happened. Tech ran a dental pic (very scientific) and said the crack was due to impact and therefore not covered by warranty. I do not see how a star is even warranted but cannot post without one.
