The repair in store went smoothly other than taking a little bit longer than I was quoted. However, I had a remote service scheduled to come to my house and they had to change my appointment four times before finally telling me to cover in for the repair. When I scheduled a repair for my other vehicle, the same thing happened. I received a call the ten minutes before the technician was supposed to arrive stating that they had overbooked and I would need to reschedule. I cancelled the appointment and will be taking my business elsewhere. It is unacceptable to make someone block out half of their day and then tell them at the last minute they are not going to be able to honor the appointment.

I had the chip repaired on Saturday, On Monday it's back. The first question from them was will this be cash or insurance. I said neither one I just fixed it two days ago. They stated that they should have explained to me that it might not work. That very few of them do work. What a ripoff company. I will pay someone else to replace it before I give them another nickel.

Was in Colorado Springs and took rock in windshield. Scheduled appointment at Centennial Safelite. Technician said front collision camera was throwing a code so he could not replace windshield till GM serviced the camera and calibrated. Back in Kansas was replaced and calibrated by Safelite technician with no issues. Saved me a service call to GM. I guess if my windshield was shattered, Centennial Safelite still would not have replaced? Difficult for a GM technician to drive and calibrate with shattered window I would think. Poor customer service.

This Safelight had phenomenal customer service, especially Carver. All of the staff we worked with functioned as a team and helped us solve a dilemma. We appreciate the staff going above and beyond by staying after hours to help us and their professional suggestions to help solve our issue.

On line scheduling DOESN'T WORK. I had a text stating that I had an appointment today. But the reps tell me it's next week
A WHAT A MESS. Don't text and lie. Lousy response from Safelite. Bunch of babble. Utterly USELESS! Not surprised. Best part. The stupid morons sent the WRONG window. Dumb jerks. Wish I could give zero stars. They showed up but wanted $75 more. FOR WHAT? The tech was such a dainty snowflake he was offended that I was upset and left. Go to Springs Auto Glass. Better service better prices!

supposedly I have a “lifetime warranty” but said warranty doesn’t cover anything apparently. I had a very obvious stress crack that happened randomly as well as glue leaking and water leaking through the windshield. the employee didn’t bother to act like he cared at all and just told me i’m wrong and that the warranty covers none of it. i’d go elsewhere since they don’t seem to care much nor does the warranty actually mean anything

I don't think I've ever written a negative review, but this business is something else. This Safelite location does not value customers time at all. Originally it all started with a small chip in my windshield that I decided to get sealed. Through the sealing process the technician ended up cracking the whole glass, which according to him sometimes happens. No worries, scheduled a full replacement. Showed up to my appointment and after 3 hours of waiting technician told me that while installing a rearview mirror the new windshield cracked. Asked where the mirror was at and the tech told me that it was on the floor in the second row. Not wrapped in anything just thrown in the back. Additionally was told that the new windshield was calibrated just fine, which was not the case and the heads up display was blurry. Scheduled appointment #3 to get OEM windshield installed. At the third appointment after the install and 2+ hour wait I was told that they ordered a wrong part due to the glitch in their system and will need to book another appointment to install the correct windshield. Booked appointment #4. When I arrived for that appointment I was told that the windshield is not in stock and I will need to reschedule again. So I will need to take 5th day off of work. After asking if anything will be done to make this right I was offered free windshield wipers. Manager was not at the shop, so I was not able to discuss this with them.

I was chastised for being 14 minutes late for my appointment. I understand the need to be on time, I'm not a child. I drove 40 miles to get there, and because you don't have a phone, it rolls the corporate switchboard, I couldn't talk to anyone. If being 14 minutes late is a problem for you, you should note that clearly on your website. Additionally, you should have said something when I arrived, and I should have been told this by the assistant manager, not the poor tech who was charged with delivering the message. will never again use Safelite.
