The staff is always exceptional, accommodating, and willing to help with anything you may need to make your move as smooth as possible! I highly recommend this location - and a military discount is offered for out of state moves! The trucks are well cared for and easy to operate - definitely took a load off my mind during PCS time! And don't worry: there is parking available if you need to leave a vehicle during a local move!”

“Had a great experience with this location, highly recommend using. I was using the 24/7 truck rental option since I needed a moving truck for Sunday and most all places were closed. I was having trouble getting through the checkout process on my phone due to a drivers license issue and the owner of this location noticed I hadn't checked out the truck yet. He then called me up on his day off and got me the truck within a few minutes. Thanks Nick!”

“We went to this location in error thinking we could confirm and pick up our truck here; we did not realize we had to pick it up at another location. However, Susan who works at this location was extremely helpful, she was patient and even called and confirmed our pick up at the other location. “I rented a 10’ box truck to move a fridge, but only realized when I went to pick up the item that the truck didn’t have a ramp. I came back and even though they were closing, Rolf went through the aggravating process of switching my reservation to a 15’ that had a ramp. He was swamped but took the time to help me. I greatly appreciated it.”
“Erma is so sweet! She is always willing to help us out with any of our problems! I run a mattress business out of these units, and always see her working her hardest and driving around to check on the units with her little dog! Great units for a great price.”
“I scheduled a hitch install on my vehicle. I got there at the quoted time of 930am. I was told it could be 3pm by the time it was finished. Without a phone call, I arrived at 3pm, expecting to wait until it was done. To my surprise, the wiring was faulty and they didn't have another wiring kit to replace it with. I told the store manager, Marco, I was leaving town in 36 hours to drive 9 hours to retrieve a storage unit of things, with a uhaul trailer, and that I really needed this done today! Without hesitation, the manager said he would drive to another location and pick up what he needed and take the time to rip out the old one and redo it all. Even though it took an extra 3 hours, he made it happen. He stayed until the job was done. I was impressed with his patience and determination. Thank you, Marco! Good work ethic ?”
