I'm looking for a new suit for a wedding and was recommended Rutledge's by a friend. I have to say, their suits are good quality and the people that worked there were very friendly and encouraging, even though I know nothing about fashion or suits. Luke was very personable and clearly know fashion. I felt so welcome and not pushed into making a purchase that day that I wanted to write a positive review right away.So, though it might be a bit higher-end than I am looking for, I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a higher-end suit!

Pricey but fabulous mens' clothing shop with a long presence in downtown Colorado Springs. They feature traditional high quality looks as well as fun avant-garde pieces. Bought a Robert Graham zippered blazer for my husband there a few years ago and he gets compliments every time he wears it. Great selection of zippered blazers as well as great sweaters and shirts. They also have a store on site at Broadmoor. Definitely expensive, but a great place to splurge on a few stylish and high quality pieces.

Luke Faricy was an absolutely incredible host and businessman. As it was my first experience with a suit tailor, I was pleasantly surprised that he exceeded my expectations. I don't think I would settle for anyone else. 10/10 recommended.

We got my husband’s wedding suit (which he uses regularly) at Rutledge’s. Luke Faricy and his team are fantastic. My husband looked and felt amazing. We only get his work clothes from Rutledge’s. We’d rather have a limited number of high quality pieces than a closet full of lower quality items. Not to mention it makes it less complicated for my husband to look professional!

My husband and I were in town a few weeks ago for a wedding. We walked by Rutledge’s and decided to go in on a whim. From the moment we set foot in the store, everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. I do not understand the reviews that discuss the “uppitiness”. We were travel weary and wearing jeans and t-shirts, yet we never felt out of place. As a matter of fact, it did not seem to matter, seriously - no one gave a rip how we looked. We were kindly greeted by Rex, we had a look around and my husband ordered a shirt. He is tall, “circus tall” if you like ? and had to special order a size. I never got the name of the gentleman at the counter, but he searched high and low to find a size that would fit my husband’s 6’8” frame. We ordered the shirt, and discussed returning the next day to have some clothing made to order. The following day, we did indeed come back and spent a good deal of time, sizing, fitting, and choosing fabrics with Rex. During that time I saw a young couple with a toddler, a couple of different men walk through, and EVERYONE was greeted and treated respectfully and kindly. Again, we live out of state, and we still ordered clothing (slacks, sportcoats). If we hadn’t felt comfortable in the environment, if we hadn’t enjoyed dealing with everyone who worked there, we would not have ordered. There is a place near to our home that offers bespoke clothing, and we opted to order from Rutledge’s, on the other side of the country from us just by the sheer fact THEY’RE FRIENDLY. I was even sassy with the owner and he rolled with it, we bantered back and forth.So - sorry, not sorry to all who say Rutledge’s is snippy - perhaps you need to check your own attitude and fill in that chip on your shoulder.

My husband, who has admired the windows for a while (every time we are downtown it’s for dinner and the shop is closed) finally went in yesterday, we were shopping for new Easter outfits. We had a casual day, jeans T-shirts. Every attendant in that store gave my husband and I the snarkiest up and down looks rolled their eyes and turned their backs to us. Not a single one offered to help or asked what we were looking for. Needless to say I have never in my life experienced such horrid customer service. I spent all of college working high end retail, and we shop luxury brands often, this by far was the most aggravating and disrespectful show of snootiness. It is time to take your team back to the basics and teach them to be warm and friendly to ever patron who enters!

Jon at Rutledges really helped me at the curb curbside service I had my trailer cause I was working and he came out and help me. Helped me pick out a shirt and help me get a suit the nicest thing I’ve ever seen, incredible paisley insert with my name on it, I love that!

Hands down best experience I've had with a clothing store. It is not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. Along with wonderful clothing items the staff working are amazing and very helpful. 10/10 you want to look good and feel great then head on in. I'm going to try make it in once a month to build my collection.
